Violetta Suite - Brand new flat - S. Maria Novella

Pro: Ho soggiornato per assistere ad un concerto alla Visarno Arena. A piedi è vicinissimo. Così come la stazione e il centro storico.

Pro: Struttura pulita e funzionale, host disponibile e accogliente. Posizione eccellente, a due passi dal centro e dalla stazione.

Pro: It was clean and comfortable for a family. The owner was very helpful.

Contro: That we had to sign a contract for our stay.

Great location

Pro: Very conveniently located 5 minute walk from the train station. Modern apartment with great facilities, including air conditioning and kitchen. Such a good sized cot for our child to play and sleep. Very easy straight walk into historic centre.

Clean and comfy

Pro: The apartment was clean, comfortable, and quiet at night. Everything was new and well-furnished, and the two air conditioning units worked perfectly.

Contro: The stairway is quite narrow and steep, with many steps, which can be inconvenient if you're carrying large suitcases to the apartment. We also noticed a few mosquitoes, even though we kept the windows closed. It would be helpful if a parking space could be provided in the courtyard (if possible), as paying for garage parking in Florence is both impractical and expensive.

Pro: Clean, new, provide salt , olive oil and vinegar to give you a good start. Exactly as per the pictures. Very quiet inside a courtyard. Close to train station. Good and prompt response from the host.

Excellent Stay

Pro: Excellent location, close to the station and walkable to all sights. The apartment was clean and well stocked. The shower was lovely and powerful. We loved our stay here! It was far cheaper than any other apartment for our dates and we were really pleased with it.

Contro: We had a lot of mosquitos which I think is more to do with the time of year of our visit than this particular apartment!

Excellent location to trains and buses. Lovely apartment with all amenities

Pro: Location was excellent as it was only 5 minutes from the railway station. About 15 minutes from where you catch buses to Siena, Pisa, Assisi etc. The apartment was spacious, with tea making facilities, a stove, microwave and a safe. Mamta was a lovely host. Highly recommended.

Contro: About 20 stairs to the apartment.

A lovely stay, highly recommend and would not hesitate to book again.

Pro: Excellent location - situated near the main train station, tramway, and bus stop making it very convenient to get around while still being quiet and calm. Had the pleasure of meeting Mamta, and she was very helpful with traveling advice and local suggestions.
