Definitely recommended :)

Pro: Large, fully equipped apartment. Kitchen with plates, cups, cutlery, coffee maker (coffee capsules, tea), and biscuits. A small elevator, but sufficient to avoid carrying suitcases upstairs. Comfortable beds. Very good contact with the owner.

Comfortable and good value apartment in Florence

Pro: Very spacious bedrooms and excellent shower. The aircon was also very welcome! We also loved the little elevator as the apartment is on the second floor. We felt very safe and the location to transport, restaurants and supermarket was very good. Matteo and Francesca were lovely hosts and gave us good advice on how to get around the city.

Contro: Nothing really although we were out most of the time from early morning to the evening.

Pro: Matteo is a really responsive and friendly host,always ready to address any of our concerns. The apartment was really lovey and spacious and had all the amenities plus some condiments to help us with our cooking. The apartment is only 12 minutes to the railway station by tram.

Pro: Our host was communicative before and during our stay. getting into the aprtment was easy. It is located in a great area, away fro the hustle of the city but still within 10-15 min walking distance to everything. The apartment had everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Pro: Чисто, просторно, отличный санузел, красивый вид из окон, кондиционеры во всех комнатах. Удобное местоположение, рядом почти всегда можно запарковаться, есть и платная парковка 15€, до центра 20 минут пешком. Все очень понравилось!

Pro: The apartment was perfect,well equipped and had everything I needed. The location was excellent, safe, and surrounded by great restaurants and bars. Matthew, the host, was extremely helpful and very quick to respond to any questions or needs.

Une très bonne adresse pour visiter Florence.

Pro: Bien que l'appartement se situe hors de la ZTL, il est facile de se rendre à pied en 20 minutes au centre historique de Florence. Les parkings ne manquent pas aux alentours. Plusieurs restaurants sont présents dans la grande avenue ainsi qu'un petit supermarché à proximité. Matteo nous a accueilli avec beaucoup de gentillesse . D'ailleurs des boissons fraîches et des gâteaux avaient été préparés à notre attention. L'appartement comprend 2 belles chambres pour 4 adultes avec une très belle salle de bains. Machine à laver et lave-vaisselle sont présents dans l'appartement ainsi que des ingrédients de base pour cuisiner . L'ascenseur bien qu'ancien est apprécié pour monter les valises au 2ème étage. C'est une bonne adresse pour visiter Florence !
