Smart, stylish and Comfortable apartment.

Pro: Stylish and comfortable. Very well equipped and spacious apartment. Fast WiFi. Lift to 2nd floor. Responsive hosts.

Contro: Not enough full electric sockets. Quirky switches for the lights.

Living like a florentine in a beautiful apartment

Pro: Every detail went smoothly and the apartment is so lovely and the Acacia Firenze staff were so easy to deal with and were there to help with any requests. Living like a Florentine was perfect.

Perfect stay in amazing Florence

Pro: It was large and airy, well furnished with all the equipment you could wish for, and more. Staff were very good, and communication was great.

Contro: Nothing, all was excellent.

Can’t fault the property as we really enjoyed it, just slightly annoyed with the impact of the tram

Pro: Good location, close to at least three good restaurants.

Contro: Currently Florence is retro fitting a tram system and thus has led to increase in noise and also closed down a few roads.

Beautiful apartment in Florence

Pro: Beautiful apartment, attention to detail was exceptional - the property was traditional with a modern twist. The property had a lift, so no need to carry luggage up the stairs! I honestly cannot recommend enough, the downside was not spending enough time to appreciate how nice it was! Photo’s show exactly the apartment looks. Daniela from the letting agency provided a great check in service, tour around the apartment and locations/restaurants to visit during our stay.

Great spacious Apartment, superb decor, close to the center of Florence

Pro: Loved this apartment, it was spacious and well furnished, service on check in was great and Daniela was always available through our stay. The location was great with easy access to the centre of town and all the sights

Pro: Very spacious, lots of amenities, and close to tramway and bus stops!

A great stay in Florence!

Pro: Large, elegant apartment. Very clean. Perfect for two couples. We appreciated the bath for soaks after long days walking. Unfortunately there aren’t ensuites, but there are two bathrooms. Would definitely recommend this to others. The only problem was some confusion about checking on early or being able to drop off our luggage early . Daniela met us at the apartment and clearly explained things to us. It was lovely to be meet by a real person.
