Industrial design loft with outdoor living terrace

Pro: Ottima posizione e appartamento confortevole dal design ricercato e gradevole.

Contro: Rividibile per pulizia e odori del bagno.

Pro: Posizione ottima, grandezza dell'appartamento adeguata, cucina enorme e nuova.

Contro: Assenza totale di tapparelle e tende oscuranti. Portafinestra difettosa e impossibile da chiudere, quindi gli schiamazzi la musica e la movida notturna entrava in camera fino a tardi.

Ottima esperienza!

Pro: Ambiente molto accogliente e curato nei dettagli tutto molto comodo e il necessario a disposizione! La doccia doppia è fantastica! Letto comodo e appartamento ben pulito! Consiglio vivamente in quanto ci siamo trovati benissimo.

Contro: Si trova al 3 piano di una palazzina quindi c è qualche rampa di scale per raggiungere l'appartamento, per me non è stato un problema ma capisco possano esserlo per alte persone. L'unico consiglio è che manca qualche appendi asciugamani nel bagno e delle tende più oscuranti per chi dorme nel divano letto.

Fabulous base to explore Florence

Pro: Excellent location, lovely furnishings and decor, comfortable bed. A fantastic base for us to explore Florence and relax in the evenings.

Contro: The bathroom had a terrible damp smell we couldn’t get rid of.

Perfect Central Location for Family of 4

Pro: Location was very centralized...very close to Duomo Complex and Uffizi Gallery. The bed and sofabed were very comfortable. The outdoor terrace was nice and the apartment looked exactly like the photo. We did not use the kitchen but if we did it was fully equipped. Accessing the apartment was also easy. Perfect for a family of 4!

Contro: More toilet paper would be nice. The black light plates were a bit confusing and we could not see them in the dark to turn on lights. On the laminated instructions to guests, it stated that we should take the garbage outside with us. But the email instructions did not say that. We felt the cleaning fee should cover that and the guests should not have to be burden by this.

Comfortable oasis

Pro: Once you have arrived and settled in, the location is fantastic for exploring the historic center of Florence by foot. Everything is so near! Some fantastic restaurants and the best sandwich place I've ever tried is minutes away (Panetteria e Stuzzicheria De Neri). The self check in process was easy but requires mobile internet. The apartment is comfortable and clean, and I wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Contro: The location on arrival and departure is a bit awkward if you have wheeled luggage and are travelling from the station. As mentioned in other reviews it is 22min walk over cobblestones down narrow roads. The address is correct but the pin on the map is wrong. We generally slept well but got woken early by sunlight due to the lack of blinds on some of the loft windows.
