Terme Apartment by Mamo Florence

Pro: Molto centrale, tutto è a portata di mano, non abbiamo mai preso mezzi per spostarci. Pulizia buona. Comunicazione facile e veloce con i gestori.

Contro: Purtroppo i letti sono di pessima qualità (sia il letto normale che il divano letto) tanto che diverse notti abbiamo dormito malissimo e ci siamo alzati con mal di schiena.. purtroppo questo aspetto ha inciso abbastanza negativamente sul nostro soggiorno. Bagno senza finestra e l'appartamento è sempre molto buio, con finestre che non consentono un buon ricambio d'aria (si affacciano su un piccolo atrio completamente invaso da escrementi di uccelli.

Pro: A beautiful, clean one-bedroom apartment with one flight of stairs in an excellent location. The host was highly responsive and assisted us in getting particular information.

Pro: Excellent location, loved the apartment style and decor and access to a washing machine!

Contro: Toilet needs a few presses to flush and need instructions in English for washing machine.

Pro: The apartment was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located — just a short walk to all the major sights in Florence. It had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The host was very friendly and responsive. Would recommend for anyone wanting to be in the heart of the city!

Contro: The only downside was the noise from the restaurant and the street below, especially in the night. Better to have earplugs with you.

Excellent locations

Pro: Very good locations. Close to most of the attractions (just 10-15 mins walk). Not modernised decorations but it’s comfortable and you feel like home.

Contro: No lift. Toilet a bit small

Pro: 1. Excellent location in the heart of the city! 2. Just one stair flight up; easily accessible! 3. Sufficiently large, 4. Air-conditioning was running flawlessly, continuously!

Pro: Very clean. At the center. Have everything you need.

Contro: Very big noise from the restaurant under the apartment. No sun light.

Pro: Apartment was very central. Everything provided. Including mosquito deterrent. Very quiet... We had a hectic few days before arriving and slept until 11am.. 😂 Best nights sleep I've had in years. Beautiful restaurants next door.. Need to book! Loved it. Would highly recommend it to friends.

Contro: Nothing really. We had a little difficulty connecting to the WiFi. Because we didn't see the framed sign on the shelf! Not the properties fault! Highly recommend this property..

Pro: Fabulous location, comfortable, easy check-in and communication with staff via WhatsApp.

Contro: There's no cutting board and we kept tripping the panel by forgetting to turn off the AC when we ran the dishwasher.

Pro: Nice and cean apartment with all nesasary included. We had a great time. Thank you.

Contro: There hasn't enough hot water for four people.
