Pro: L'accoglienza riservataci dal Sig.Ugo che ci ha mostrato la casa e consiglliato sui posti dove mangiare un ottima Fiorentina. La posizione tranquilla ma a due passi dal centro. La dimensione delle camere spaziose. Lo spazio esterno.

Contro: L'acqua della doccia che diventa troppo calda quindi da monitorare. Dover andare in cucina per giocare con i miei figli perche manca un salone e perche il freddo non ci consentiva di usare lo spazio esterno.

Pro: L'appartamento è pulito, grande, ha una bella terrazza. Il signor Ugo e sua moglie sono molto gentili e disponibili. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Great location within walking distance to all of Florence.

Pro: Great location. Safe. Size was fantastic. The shower was great. Beds were firm but I believe that’s most of what we encounted. Well stocked kitchen. Close to supermarkets and restaurants

Contro: The rubbish bins getting emptied out the front every night at 10-11

Pro: Really thankful the owner to take all the trouble to talk to local garage to guarantee parking place for us. Very responsive and patiently answering all the questions I asked. Location is great, right on the border of historical city center.

A wonderful stay in Florence.

Pro: The cleanliness, full kitchen and outdoor patio and Mr. Ugo is a wonderful host.

Contro: Little far from the old town 25 minutes walking but we like walking.

Everything we need for our holiday.

Pro: Good location, quiet area. Transport is going to be even easier when the tram system is open. The large number of guidebooks were a real bonus.

Contro: We should have stayed for longer!

Pro: This apartment is great for staying more than a couple of nights in Florence. Our stay was 5 nights. There is an outdoor area great for night drinks. There's a washing machine, an electric kettle, and an iron. Everything you need is supplied with a supermarket around the corner 100mtrs.Ugo is a great host. The hop on hop off again bus is on the same street, so it's easy to see sights. The city is 800 metres(David) away. There is a taxi rank at the end of the street that is very convenient for suitcases to the train €20. Roller shutteres on windows to block out the heat and AirCon in both bedrooms ideal for some. Would highly recommend.

Contro: The mattress on the main bed hard. But that might have just been me. Other than that nothing.

Pro: Pretty much everything about this place was just wonderful including the host. The host greeted us, and made us aware of all facilities and provisions. It was like we did not have anything to worry about. Groceries and Restaurants/cafes all within walking distance.

Pro: Authentic experience. Awesome apartment, well equipped and recently renovated. Wonderful host, very helpful with finding parking, with our luggage and flexible check in. Walking distance to the City, plenty of restaurants and shops around.
