Pro: Tutto, davvero tutto Stanze grandi e pulite, letti comodi Arredamento moderno funzionale e accogliente. La tranquillità pur essendo su un viale di passaggio non è mancata. Buona la posizione. Straconsigliato!

Highly recommend, contemp apartment.

Pro: Contemporary apartment, very high ceilings, comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, washer dryer combo a life saver after travelling a couple of weeks, 3 bathrooms two of them with showers. Kitchen was good. Very clean.

Contro: No extra toilet paper provided. Washer dryer combo was leaking but seemed to work fine. Sofa bed was uncomfortable to sit on and had many many stains. Needs replacing. This is not an issue but strange that in the small toilet it used to be a shower and the frame is still there.

Stunning apartment, beautiful city.

Pro: This is a fabulous apartment, so comfortable, very clean and excellent amenities. Also so close to everything and view of the top of Il Duomo from the living room window.

Contro: Nothing. It’s just perfect.

I loved it

Pro: The property is amazing. Exactly as described. Location is perfect. Beds are comfy. Despite the aprtment being located on a busy street the traffic is not loud at all.

A wonderful Firenzian experience

Pro: Our stay at Matteotti Apartment 6 was excellent. The apartment is beautifully designed, modern, and spacious enough for four adults. It was stylishly decorated and spotlessly clean. Letizia was an amazing host—very hospitable and provided us with great local recommendations, which were exactly what we were looking for. The apartment is well-located, with supermarkets and cafes nearby, making it convenient whether you want to cook in or eat out. The city center is about 2.5 km away, so having a car is helpful unless you enjoy longer walks. Overall, everything was great, and we would definitely consider staying here again!

elegante, amplio y muy bien ubicado

Pro: La amplitud, la luz, la decoración, los baños, además esta muy bien ubicado, se puede ir andando a todos los sitios, Duomo, galería de Los Uffizi, etc. Si vas con coche puedes parar en la puerta para bajar las maletas e incluso aparcar en la zona por un rato si es necesario. Letizia, la persona que nos entregó las llaves fue muy atenta, nos esperó a pesar de llegar más tarde de lo previsto y cuando lo necesitamos, por un problema que tuvimos, estuvo en el apartamento en 10/15 minutos. La verdad es que sin duda volveríamos a repetir.

Contro: Por poner un par de pegas, que no hubiese plancha y algunas perchas más en los armarios.

Mooie luxe accommodatie vlakbij centrum.

Pro: Schone en moderne nieuwe accommodatie vlakbij het centrum. Veel luxe en comfort, bedden liggen heerlijk. Afgesloten parkeerplaats beschikbaar. Een auto heb je niet nodig, alles ligt nl op loopafstand.
