Pro: La casa è spaziosa, non manca nulla. Letti comodissimi e bel arredo ! Posizione ottima non lontana dal centro in zona residenziale. Staff gentilissimo e pronto a sottisfare le esigenze anche in un batter di ciglia.

Contro: Unica cosa da migliorare un po', proprio 2 cosine, il bagno che comunque ha tutto. Solo per questo non ho messo 10

It was a lovely stay. We overall had a positive experience and the staff was all very friendly and accommodating.

Pro: It’s a very stylish apartment in a true historical Florentine apartment. The space is spacious and well equipped.

Contro: The old windows does not block out noise very well. Although it is on a quiet street, if there are people shouting after drinking at night, you could hear everything. Bathroom is a bit old.

Local excelente, confortável e adequado para quatro pessoas!

Pro: O apartamento é muito bom, com dois quartos, um banheiro bom, sala de estar e de jantar e uma cozinha bem equipada. Ar condicionado central para sala e quartos. Fui com minha família (quatro pessoas) e ficamos muito bem acomodados e confortáveis.

Contro: A localização é boa, mas poderia ser ainda melhor caso tivesse mais opções de transporte público próximo. As melhores opções de transporte ficam a cerca de 8 minutos a pé.

Spacious, lots of room to enjoy Florence

Pro: Beautiful apartment, spacious, quiet- away from the hustle of the tourists, with a 10-15 minute walk to all the sites. The host was great walked us through the apartment and gave amazing restaurant recommendations. Would definitely stay again on a return trip.

Pro: We had a very nice view of a private park across the street. We liked that it was not in the extreme center of the city. It was a more local area but still very convenient. It was spacious. The staff were very quick to respond to our questions and requests. 100% for service!!

Contro: Beds were a bit firm for our taste. The bathroom was clean although could use a minor renovation. Adding a shelf to the bathroom for storage of toiletries would be helpful.

Prachtig appartement, maar bemerking badkamer .

Pro: Rustig gelegen en aangenaam appartement in statige herenwoonst. De inrichting is elegant, ruim en netjes. De twee ruime slaapkamers, met grote dubbele bedden, bieden uitstekend slaapcomfort. Ondanks de omstandigheid van vertraagde afgifte van sleutels was betrokkene, David, vriendelijk en tegemoet komend.

Contro: Een SMS bericht, voorafgaand aan mijn aankomst werd niet ontvangen/gelezen door de host, waardoor niemand ter plaatse was. Vervolgens bleek ook de meegebrachte sleutel niet de juiste. Resultaat : totale wachttijd om in te trekken van bij mijn aankomst: 45 minuten. De enige badkamer is ruim, maar het ligbad leent zich maar moeilijk tot douchen. Een paar flessen water zou de installatie ten goede komen.

Vacker lägenhet med perfekt läge

Pro: En helt magisk lägenhet, stor och rymlig med vacker utsikt mot en park. Väldigt snyggt inredd, otroligt högt i tak verkligen en upplevelse att bo där. Promenadavstånd till allt.
