Great value for money, clean and comfortable stay.

Pro: Lovely and spacious. Excellent location next to the Four Seasons Hotel - definitely visit for a cocktail! Prompt communication with host via Booking.com messaging service.

Contro: One shower didn’t get hot water (but we had two others to use so it wasn’t a problem for us). Mirrors needed in bedrooms.

Fantastic location. Very large apartment

Pro: The location was fabulous. A short walk to all the wonderful offerings of Florence. The apartment was very large with a gorgeous balcony overlooking a lovely garden. Beds were very comfortable.

Contro: Full-length mirrors would have been useful in the bedrooms. There are no mirrors in the bedroom at all. The only mirrors were in the bathrooms. Both toilets need looking at. The toilet in the new bathroom is leaking, and the other has a broken push down handle.

Great location, fab few days away in beautiful Florence.

Pro: Great position for all the sights. As a group of 3 couples the size and amount of bathrooms were perfect! Nice and airy. Would recommend.

Contro: A slight problem with the AC but communicated very quickly to resolve it! Just a few little tips would be to have a book with restaurant/sights recommendations etc. A mirror and some robe/towel hooks in each bedroom are needed. Also booking.com states check in is at 12:00 but we arrived at 12:30 to be told by cleaners check is at 15:00 so this needs to be changed. We were able to leave our bags and go off to explore so wasn’t a big problem.

Pro: Très belle appartement avec beaucoup d'espace. Très bien situé.

Contro: On entend un peu les voisins du dessus quand ils marchent.

Lugar excelente para familias, con excelente ubicación y vistas.

Pro: En mi viaje a Londres-Paris-Florencia-Roma-Londres, este fue mi segundo lugar favorito. Se encuentra en una excelente zona de la ciudad muy cerca de todo, es espacioso, con 3 baños es excelente para familias, cocina, comedor y estancia amplias con bonitas vistas a jardines y parques.

Contro: Todo bien.

Lovely Stay in Florence

Pro: --Huge-- apartment, three baths, 15-20 ft ceilings, like out of a novel. Four bedrooms, expansive living room, kitchen with dishwasher, lovely balcony overlooking a garden. 10-15 min walk from restaurants, shops, tram. Nice retreat for our family group of five for four days in Florence. Cool manual ice maker for those of us who need ice. Host accommodated our request for early + late check in.

Contro: With a little more attention to traveler needs, could be 10/10. Could be my own personal quirks. Would have appreciated washcloths, extra bath towels, paper towels. Nothing to hold items in the shower. One room is two twin beds, separate but very close together. Specifically selected this apartment because it had air conditioning, it was very hot during our stay.. Air conditioning did not work/blew fuses. Because the building has such thick walls, and with shutters, it wound up being okay but a bit humid.

Great stay for a large group!

Pro: Size, cleanliness, ease of entry…. Lots of bathrooms!

Pro: Nice and big for our family of 5 adults. Great location. Nicely updated. Appreciated being able to check in a bit early.

Contro: 3rd bathroom needs counter space and storage. Should have provided facial tissue and additional toilet paper. We ran out and were told to go buy more. Would have been helpful if given info about lights in stairwell. “Dryer” listed is an outside drying rack, not a machine. Listing could be clearer as we anticipated being able to do laundry halfway through our trip. Had to go to laundromat.

Overall, the apartment worked well for us and we loved the view of the beautiful garden.

Pro: The size of the apartment was perfect for our extended family traveling to Florence.

Contro: The bathroom in the hallway had a toilet that leaked on the floor and a shower that didn’t drain well and overflowed. I would recommend for the price of the apartment providing more toilet paper, paper towel, a box of tissues, and perhaps some extra towels.

Wonderful place for a group to stay.

Pro: It was a beautiful apartment. Very spacious just a short walk to the Duomo. I would book here again.

Contro: Wish we had access to the back garden.
