Sistemazione ideale che sfrutteremo di nuovo prima possibile!

Pro: Luminosissima, posizione ideale per raggiungere il centro, parcheggio utilissimo, accoglienza estremamente efficiente e cordiale nonostante il nostro enorme ritardo di arrivo!

Contro: Forse un pochino rumorosa a causa del traffico delle auto

Pro: Host gentilissima, ottima posizione, 10 minuti a piedi da S. Maria in Fiore, appartamento luminosissimo, arredato con gusto, molto confortevole.

Pro: La posizione ottima e l'appartamento accogliente e pulito

Contro: Troppe zanzare la notte nonostante fosse tutto chiuso

Modern, super comfy apartment – just like the photos!

Pro: We had a great stay at this apartment! It was very nice, exactly like in the pictures, and everything felt new and fresh. The two air conditioners were a lifesaver during the heat. Our bed was very comfortable, and our child slept on the sofa — which was honestly the most comfortable sofa I've ever tried! It was so good we even took a photo to try and find the same one for our home. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you might need. The owners were very kind and helpful, with clear instructions, and they responded immediately to our question even late in the evening. Just a small note: the listing shows that parking is included, but further down it's mentioned that it's for an extra fee. The owners informed us about it via message, so there were no issues. There is some street noise, but it didn’t bother us at all. We really liked the location — within walking distance to the city center. We would definitely choose this apartment again!

Pro: Lovely, bright apartment. 20 minutes walk to the centre of the town and market.

Contro: It was very noisy at night (next to road, lots of sirens etc ) but we took earplugs in case of this. Next time I will take an eye mask as there are no shutters and the bright light around the curtains woke us very early

Fabulous apartment, well located.

Pro: Very nice apartment, well appointed and modern with all the facilities you need. It is well located with many wonderful places close by. Just a short way from the new Tram system. Comfortable bed, good size with really nice pillows! Air con was a definite must have.

Contro: It is next to a noisy main road which is usually an issue for us but we were so tired at the end of the day if did not really bother us.

A great place to experience Florence

Pro: The flat is gorgeous and well-equipped. It looks exactly like the photos. so there were no surprises. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was first-rate with a good shower. The kitchen has everything that one would need (except an oven ... only a microwave), and we were able to cook a pretty good dinner one evening when it was raning. The washer worked well, and clothes dried fairly quickly on the drying rack provided. I would certainly consider staying at this flat the next time I visit Florence. There was great communication with the hosts prior to our stay, and she sent us a long list of recommended restaurants and attractions!

Contro: It took us about 20 minutes to walk to the centre of Florence, and walking back and forth to the apartment took considerable time and energy. My only quibble with the flat was the lack of a proper, full-size ironing board; there is one of those miniature ironing boards provided, but it was impossible to iron my wife's long dress on it.

Loved the location and comfortable apartment

Pro: The location was in a nice part of town, and we enjoyed walking to the city's attractions. The apartment had a lovely big bed and everything we needed for a five-day stay. The hosts were friendly and helpful, and the communication was great. Stefania and Gianni supplied a comprehensive list of recommendations for the area, which we used well. We would absolutely stay again.

Pro: I would highly recommend this place if you are visiting Florence. The apartment and location are really nice, and the host was very kind and understanding when we arrived late. Communication via WhatsApp was very helpful, and the host provided a lot of recommendations and was quick to respond. If I may make a suggestion, perhaps providing more than one set of keys would be beneficial. Sometimes, we plan to be out separately, and with only one set of keys, it can be a bit difficult.
