Pro: The apartment was spacious for 4 adults. The kitchen utensils were well stocked. There were 2 bathrooms with plenty of hot water. The location was quiet and out of the tourist area.

Contro: There was some difficulty negotiating a cleaning refund when our stay was extended. Who refunds: Booking.com or the owners?

Pro: Nice apartment close to the Duomo and walking distance to alot of the sights. Bonus having a washing machine and two bathrooms. Checkin was easy and the apartment was easy to find and clean.

Contro: A bit of a rigmarole to confirm booking, our electricity turned off, but after a couple of calls that was easy to sort and we then knew how to do ourselves. Our heating also went out but we eventually got someone to sort and it was fine after that.

Pro: Very comfortable and spotless apartment in a great location. Thoughtfully kitted out, too. The hosts were very communicative and checked to ensure everything was okay with our stay. (We had no issues at all). Check-in and check-out was easy Highly recommended

Pro: Nice and comfortable apartment in Firenze with 2 bathrooms, air-conditioning and a lot of equipment. In a residential area but not more than a 10-minute walk from Firenze center. Mamo team is helpful and will always try to help you.

Contro: The step to access the bedrooms was a little treacherous when you don't pay attention

Pro: Очень уютная, позитивная и ухоженная квартира в красивом здании. Отдыхали компанией из двух пар. Просторно. Очень удобные кровати, хорошие подушки, чистейшее белье. Небольшой, но приятный балкончик для утреннего кофе. Два санузла. Много мест для одежды. Жалюзи на всех окнах. Тихий спальный район. Рекомендую!
