Ottimo per una vacanza di coppia

Pro: La camera è in una via secondaria, il posto tranquillo è silenzioso. I gestori rispondono velocemente e risolvono i problemi al massimo delle loro possibilità. Mi hanno inviato anche informazioni su locali da mangiare e bere, consigli molto apprezzati se non si è del luogo e si vuole evitare di entrare in locali a caso.

Contro: Gli scuri superiori non si riescono a chiudere completamente ed entra luce nella camera la mattina presto per me che sono abituato a dormire al buio completo ho avuto bisogno di comprare una mascherina.

Pro: L’appartamento è ampio, pulito e la porta finestra da su una corte interna quindi è molto silenzioso. Era fornito di tutto quello di cui si può necessitare e il check in è stato semplicissimo. La zona è comoda e molto bella, in più facile trovare parcheggio. Consigliatissimo.

Accogliente alloggio in centro a un prezzo ragionevole

Pro: Alloggio in ottima posizione e più economico rispetto agli altri nella stessa zona. È attrezzato anche di stoviglie qualora si abbia la necessità di cucinare. La casa è molto spaziosa e abbastanza luminosa. Il letto è comodo. Sul retro vi è un bel giardino comune.

Contro: Niente in particolare. Un unico appunto sul bagno che si sviluppa in lunghezza ed è un po' scomodo, ma nulla di cui preoccuparsi, la casa è perfetta così com'è.

Great quiet location within easy reach of the key centro sites

Pro: Very quiet and peaceful location which was sympathetically decorated with everything we needed for a weeks stay. Within a 10-12 minute walk of the Duomo but far enough away from the noise associated with that area. There are limited shops and restaurants on the doorstep but they are an easily walkable distance.

Contro: Listed as having toiletries & toilet paper. There was no toiletries and we eventually found the toilet paper hidden in a secret cupboard! Pillows were flat and needed replacing and it would have been useful to have a couple of non-feather/ down ones for anyone with allergies. A little info on what was in the surrounding local area (like recommended restaurants) would have been helpful

A pleasant and relaxing stay!

Pro: Our host Alessandro was very welcoming, helpful and understanding! The apartment was exceptionally clean, tidy and properly equipped. The location is also really good, the perfect distance from the city center, quiet but lively. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Perfect location, quiet and affluent neighbourhood. Clean and tidy apartment in historical building.

Pro: The location of the property is perfect. The metro station Cavour for T2 line is 5 minutes walking or we can walk to St Marco square for bus and metro. 10- 15 minutes walking to Duomo and David statue.

Contro: There is nothing I did not like. Alessansando communicated very responsively and clearly. I took his advice on everything from taxi to how to deal with rubbish. Only wish I could stay longer.

Pro: It was very central and had everything you needed. Was in a nice quiet neighborhood, walking distance to almost everything.

Contro: Pictures of couch were different but that's minor was a nice stay.

Would recommend

Pro: The hosts were very accommodating, replying almost instantly sometimes, they were really helpfull. The place is bigger than usual for this price.

Contro: Like some others have said - only one cooking pot. Also it was a bit cold, because only two out of three radiators were working.

Terrific place to stay

Pro: Plenty of room, very clean and handy to have a washing machine when you are travelling for awhile. Even come across a tortoise in the backyard 😳

my daughter and I loved the outside area which is so private

Pro: perfect location , everything in walking distance. very comfortable apartment. immaculate and had everything we needed.
