Contro: Assenza di lavastoviglie

Pro: Semplicità e facilità della struttura. Inoltre la bottiglia di vino è stata molto apprezzata. Soggiorno da 9.5/10

Contro: Unico difetto è stata la presenza di 7/8 zanzare nella camera da letto. E alcune zanzare già uccise spiaccicate sul muto

Pro: Proprietari disponibili a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta. Posizione comoda per visitare Firenze a piedi. Siamo rimaste soddisfatti!

Pro: Ottima la posizione e la cura dei dettagli. Lo spazio è sufficientemente ampio e luminoso, bellissima la terrazza anch'essa arredata con mobili da esterno, corredato di tutto il necessario. Gestore cortese e sollecito. Il letto matrimoniale non è accessibile da entrambi i lati poichè è appoggiato al muro, per noi non è stato un problema ma è buono saperlo

Pro: The location of the accommodation was quite good. It's a 20-minute walk from Novella train station if you don't have too much luggage. If you have luggage, I recommend taking a taxi. Because the streets in Florence are cobblestone, walking can be a bit difficult if you have a lot of heavy luggage. The hotel is very close to the Vecchio Bridge. It's in an old building, but it was clean; I mention it as old because it gives the feeling of a historic building. We couldn't use the radiators inside; we used the air conditioning. The air conditioning heats up, but some areas might stay cool. I booked a Family Suite, and please note that you don't get to use the garden/balcony in this suite. You might think it's usable because the pictures show a balcony in the Family Suite. Also they gave a Wine as a welcome gift :)

Contro: The room is heated using air conditioning, which does provide warmth, but the bathroom and kitchen areas can be cool as a result. Other than that, everything was excellent. I definitely recommend it.

Amazing location in a wonderful city

Pro: Location. Location. Location. The location and the space was wonderful. Quirky passages to get up to your room but that adds a layer of safety. Washing machine and drying racks were very useful as travellers. All the main attractions are so close for both day and nighttime enjoyment.

Contro: The shower is dated and a little tight for space but nothing that can’t be managed for your stay.

A great base to fully explore Florence

Pro: A great apartment in a fantastic location, easy to find, safe and secure

Pro: Amazing location surrounding by the most beautiful part of Florence. Kitchen was brilliant, having a separate bedroom was also great so that people in the group could have seperate time to chill out.

Contro: Nothing everything was great!

Great stay in the center of the city!

Pro: The location is great, right next to the river and close to the center and bus stops. The staff were super friendly and always contactable.

Contro: The facilities are a bit old especially the shower curtain in the bathroom.
