Exceptionally beautiful location and apartment: we were delighted!

Pro: The view!!! Spectacular.... and the furnishings were lovely. The kitchen was well equipted and generally it was an excellent accommodation.

Contro: Please provide more pillows! They were rather flat and only one per person... just a small thing!

This apartment was a highlight of our stay in Florence

Pro: The location is excellent with easy walking to all Florence attractions. The panoramic view of Uffizi, Ponte Vecchio and Arno river is breathtaking. The apartment is very spacious and has everything one needs on vacation. We stayed for longer making it our base for in depth exploring Florence and taking multiple day trips to other towns in Tuscany. It is an easy walk to train station too. Management promptly replied to our requests.

Bel appartement calme et bien situé. Recommandé pour un couple.

Pro: L'emplacement de l'appartement est super. Il est proche des lieux d'intérêt du côté nord de l'Anor, mais également de ceux du sud. À quelques pas seulement, vous pouvez trouver un supermarché, des glaciers, de bons restaurants, tandis que l'appartement lui-même se cache dans une ruelle très calme, avec une superbe vue sur l'Office et l'Anor. L'appartement est très spacieux, avec une décoration de style classique. On se sent tout de suite qu'on est en Italie.

Contro: S'il y avait une porte à la salle de bain, ce serait bien. Le canapé-lit est très court pour un adulte quand on n'utilise pas d'oreillers mais les coussins du canapé.

Pro: L'emplacement du logement est fabuleux, au cœur de Florence et à moins de 15min à pied de tous les lieux d'intérêt. L'appartement est charmant et les espaces sont bien séparés. Le logement est parfaitement équipé et tout est fourni à l'arrivée : liquide vaisselle, capsule pour la machine à laver, etc.

Contro: Le seul bémol de l'appartement est le bruit de la rue la nuit, dû à sa localisation hyper centrale. Il faut prévoir des bouchons d'oreille!

Pro: La situation exceptionnelle, le volume habitable, la tranquillité, la vue magnifique sur les Offices et la tour du Palazzo Vecchio ( voir la vue que j'ai dessinée)

Contro: La baignoire-douche vétuste et la canapé-lit du salon très vieux.

Fantastic location and large spacious apartment with lots of amenities.

Pro: Fantastic location and large space with clothes and dish washer. Great for our 2 week stay. Elevator was helpful.

Contro: Communications with management was a challenge. We waited in rain for over 1 hour for persons with key though we sent multiple text/emails with arrival information. Once problem solved, it was great.
