The view is worth all the stairs!
Pro: Amazing views from the rooftop - breakfasts and evenings overlooking Florence were exceptional
Contro: The stairs. The building is on a hill, it’s a tall building and this is the attic. There are a lot of stairs and a few are steep and narrow

Florence is everything i hoped for
Pro: So the property is quirky, they have had to make the most of the space and use their imagination, this give the property a nice energy and a charm. they have decent air con which is a god send. The terrace / balcony is fab for early morning coffee the views over the city are fantastic really near everything yet keeps a quietness about it id thoroughly recommend it

Best view from super apartment
Pro: Quirky, comfortable, central and most importantly THE VIEW! Central and easy walking distance to everything we wanted to go to. Staff were great and responded quickly, even left a nice bottle of vino and a birthday banner for my husband who was celebrating his 40th. Clean and had everything needed in flat. Can't beat that view. Terrace is fab and table was good too, but may be nice to have a couple of sunloungers / comfy furniture to relax with a wine or coffee and look at that view. Table and chairs are still comfortable, just an idea.

Great holiday at ideal base for sightseeing and day trips visiting other areas .
Pro: Very nice top floor apartment in great location with a nice rooftop terrace with a lovely view of the city and surrounding hills.

Perfect place from which to view and see Florence

Excellent value, charming and essentially Italian!
Pro: Location, views, rooftop patio, cleanliness, Diana was great to work with! How quiet it was! The crowds of tourists were loud but inside the room it was quiet. Having the Conrad grocery and deli do near was a real plus. We watched a hot air balloon pass over the city at sunrise from the patio over coffee - it was lovely, the weather perfect!
Contro: The water pressure. The steps and stairs were both charming and challenging.

Typisch Italienisch mit kleinen Einschränkungen
Pro: Die Lage ist toll auch wenn man sich den Hügel erstmal hochkämpfen muss und dann warten da noch die Treppen. Aber man lässt den schlimmsten Trubel von Florenz hinter sich und ist dennoch schnell mitten im Geschehen. Die Unterkunft selbst ist wirklich hübsch und typisch italienisch eingerichtet. Für 2 Personen vom Platz her ausreichend und es ist soweit alles vorhanden was man braucht. Der Blick von der Terrasse bei einem Glas Wein am Abend ein Traum. Das Team von Acacia Firenze war immer sofort zu erreichen, super nett und Hilfsbereit.
Contro: Das Bad ist wirklich sehr schmal. Für Personen die größer als 175cm sind wird es zusätzlich noch mit der Deckenhöhe der Dusche schwierig. Auch die Wendeltreppe zur Terrasse ist sehr schmal, wir sind mit den Schultern noch gerade so durchgekommen. Auf der Terrasse hält man es nur Abends aus, Tagsüber gibt es keinen Schatten. Die Stühle auf der Terrasse sind sehr unbequem und die Solarlämpchen auf dem Tisch waren kaputt. Die Klimaanlage war nach einem heißen Tag (37°C im Schatten) nicht stark genug das Appartment runter zu kühlen und da es keinen Mückenschutz an den Fenstern gibt, war nachts die Fenster offen zu lassen auch keine Lösung. Hier wäre ein Ventilator eine große Hilfe, es war wirklich sehr warm zum Schlafen. Das alles hat uns aber nicht massiv gestört, es sind eher Anmerkungen und Verbesserungsvorschläge. Ich würde die Unterkunft wegen der super Lage wieder Buchen.

Pro: Die Lage ist sehr gut, die Terrasse ist wunderbar! Über Sylvester ist besonders schön! Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.
Contro: Die Glastreppe zur Küche, es könnte aus anderem Material sein, oder mit Aufkleber geschützt.

Pro: La ubicación y la terraza. En general el apartamento es muy cómodo y con unas vistas maravillosas. Merece la pena y la atención del personal fue exquisita y muy amable. El acceso con auto checking también fue bastante fácil. Mereció la pena.
Contro: Quizá que no se indicara la dificultad de las escaleras, ya que el problema es que los escalones son muy altos entre si, y hace más complicado el subirlas. También que hubiera escalones dentro del propio apartamento, haciendo un poco arriesgado ir hasta el baño en la noche o para entrar en la cocina. Sugiero poner una baranda, o asidero en esos escalones de la cocina, ya que al ser de cristal pueden resbalar si se cae algo de líquido. La otra cosa que no nos gustó mucho fueron la cantidad de mosquitos que entraban y no hacia posible abrir mucho las ventanas para ventilar.
