Fantastic view and location, comfy bed, kind host.
Pro: The location was superb. Palazzo Vecchio was clearly visible through living room and dining window. Superb view for sure. The host was kind, punctual and professional.
Contro: The electricity went down frequently, at least 2 times a day, which you have to go all the way down to the ground floor to turn it back on. If you have someone using washing machine and hair dryer together, the electricity will go down. This was pretty much the only thing we didn't quite appreciate.

Perfect location, old world charm, great host.
Pro: I would stay here again. The location is 12 out of 10. The communication and check-in process were perfect. 2 large bedrooms and 2 large bathrooms is great for a family of 4. I can recommend this place to anyone who is comfortable with old world charm, in a great location, and everything works just fine. It isn't fully updated or renovated, but nothing is broken and there are no problems. We quite liked it.
Contro: I would make a couple of suggestions to the host. 1) There should be soap in both bathrooms, not just one. 2) Please provide paper towels (kitchen towels) so people don't have to use toilet paper as napkins when they realize there isn't paper towels in the kitchen. Basic, but useful. Nice to have items might include some complimentary coffee, as well. But, these are little things. Honestly, I would come back and stay here again, exactly as it was.

Absolutely amazing location, I strongly recommend the apartment.
Pro: The apartment is on absolutely amazing location in the heart of Florence. While you drink your espresso, through the windows of the living room. you can look at Palazzo Vechio and Fountain of Neptune. Absolutely amazing! The beds are comfortable.
Contro: It could have been a bit cleaner, there was dust on the floor. The pillows in one of the bedrooms weren’t so comfortable.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! We'd stay here again in a heartbeat!
Pro: Very cute apartment! Owners were nice & responded quickly. Large open windows, looking down upon the piazza, were a big bonus!
Contro: Front door was difficult to open. Toilet in 2nd bathroom was inoperable, waiting for parts to fix. Would have been nice to have coffee for mornings.

Location can’t be beat!
Pro: The location! Large apartment with high ceilings with an amazing view! They gave you a mini kitchen soap bottle, 1 dishwasher pod, 1 tea towel, 1 garbage bag, limited paper towels (so if you need more bring them, also you will need to bring your own washing machine detergent). They did provide big nice bottles of shampoo/body wash in each of the bathrooms. We really enjoyed our stay :)!
Contro: Could have some basic kitchen items like salt/pepper/olive oil, but the store is about a block away so easy to get. We had difficulty finding where to deposit the garbage, so ask the host to show you when checking in.

Pro: Location was exceptional. Apartment was spacious, nice decorations and artwork. Large living room. Had an ironing board and iron plus hair dryer, washer dryer, everything one would need. Tons of closet space and extra bedding. Two nice dining tables. Overlooks a very busy square. Perfect location for visiting Florence.
Contro: Hallway light sensor did not function until halfway up the stairs which was dangerous. Finally by the third day we were able to find a light switch when we entered the building . The person giving us the key did not show us the switch. Nor did he show us the second bathroom which was partially blocked by a chair. We found it the second day of our stay.

Pro: Супер удобное расположение, лучше и не придумаешь. Апартаменты полностью погружают тебя в атмосферу настоящей Италии, все очень удобно, комнаты просторные, 4 кондиционера очень спасали в пик жары. Обязательно вернемся. Спасибо большое за отличный отдых!
Contro: Вероятно очень редко проводится уборка, были с ребенком который проводит все время на полу, пришлось самой помыть пол и пропылесосить. (Кстати все принадлежности имеются, за это спасибо)

Excellent family bucket list experience in the center of a spectacular city
Pro: Best location -- and view! -- in Firenze. Made our entire stay much more manageable in a city packed with tourists (right outside our doorstep). No need for taxis other than for the airport. The apartment was pleasant. Air conditioning was needed and worked well. Beds were comfortable. Despite being in a busy piazza, the room was serene, with no noise problems. We found a local grocer -- Sapori -- just across the Ponte Vecchio and shopped there daily, producing our own tasty, family dinners. Shopping options surrounded and we found good leather and gold options near the Leather School. Responses to minor service requests were quick and helpful. Very easy in and out.
Contro: The WiFi had limited range and inconsistent service. The Verizon international plan is usually a good backup to WiFi but their local provider did not provide a very good signal. One shower drain was slow, and by the last day it was nearly plugged. These were very minor concerns and did not detract from a wonderful stay.
