Pro: I loved the location of the appartment. Also, it's really spacious and it has everything needed to enjoy the time in Florence. Double bathroom was really handy.

Functional apartment in the very city center of Firenze

Pro: The location is great, only a few minutes to the Uffizi Museum and the Ponte Vecchio. The apartment is comfortable and has a lot of space. Besides, it's fully equipped (towels for every day, kitchen facilities, laundry, etc.). You have a small market and all kinds of restaurants, bars and stores nearby. Finally, Daniel (the owner) was kind and available every time we needed to reach him. We were received by Anthony who was charming and ready to help us with our baggage.

Contro: To be honest, the things that we didn't like weren't the owner's fault at all. The apartment has no elevator, only old stairs to the third floor. As I said before, the location is great. However, since it's in the city center it's really noisy! You can hear the neighbors, the doors closing, people taking and screaming outside even at late hours, cars, etc. Nothing can be done, it's the price to pay for being in the heart of Firenze! Finally, you never see the sun. There are enough windows, but even at the third floor you have no sunlight due to the building just in front. Don't worry, you have the view of the streets and the sky.

We had a perfect stay.

Pro: It felt like our home away from home. Very spacious , it was clean and well equipped. It had the advantage of two bathrooms including a bathtub. It was right in the heart of florence historical centre.

Contro: The bathtub was clogged and we informed the manager. He was on holidays abroad and there was no one to attend. Many stairs to climb with heavy suitcases. Might not be suitable for the physically not fit.

Great time here, we absolutely loved our stay

Pro: Very spacious, great location and close to everything. Recommendations from the host were great. Would definitely stay here again

Contro: Everything was good, there is a bar somewhere near the apartment which was loud one evening but can’t be helped.

Pro: Massive space, right in the heart of Florence. Could walk everywhere we needed to go. Daniel was a great host, helped us bring our suitcases up and gave us a complete run down of the apartment.

Contro: Could see the stairs being an issue for some, they are quite steep and tiring after a long day of walking.

Super central, spacious, highly recommended

Pro: It had a fantastic location. Super convenient to start your daily / evening walks. Everything was so close. The appartment was very clean, well cooled. Situated on the 3rd floor without elevator, kept us fit. We would choose this appartment again. Highly recommended. Host was flexible, easy to communicate with.

Pro: Appartement idéalement situé. A quelques minutes de tous les monuments. Très calme .très vaste.

Contro: Les prises électriques sont souvent inutilisables. La cafetière ne fonctionne pas.
