Nice and quiet loft 5 minutes walk from the Duomo

Pro: appartamento grande e ben fornito, posizione ottima e vicinissima ai punti di interesse principali e nel complesso abbiamo passato un ottimo soggiorno.

Contro: l'unica nota negativa era che l'appartamento era abbastanza freddo.

Pro: Ottimo il punto dove si trova l'alloggio, ottima pulizia e grande disponibilità da parte del proprietario.

Pro: L' appartamento è accogliente e perfetto per due persone, anche per un soggiorno prolungato. La posizione è ottima, a pochi passi dal Duomo ma lontano dal caos poiché si affaccia su un cortile interno. La proprietaria è disponibile e cordiale.

Contro: Forse l'illuminazione di alcuni spazi nelle ore serali, la luce in bagno era un po' troppo fioca.

Davvero ottimo

Pro: Ottima posizione, in pieno centro storico, che permette di raggiungere tutto in poco tempo. L'appartamento è davvero molto carino, anche più bello di quello che è possibile vedere in foto. Molto ampio e spazioso e ha tutto il necessario.

Contro: Devo dire che avevo letto alcune recensioni dove gli ospiti avevano commentato negativamente il fatto che non ci fosse l'ascensore e che i vicini fossero un po' rumorosi. Posso confermare che sono le uniche due pecche ma che nel complesso non influiscono negativamente sul soggiorno.

Nonostante tutto.. ci tornerei!

The perfect place!

Pro: Perfect location, right in the middle of all Florence has to offer! Hosts were lovely, very communicative and the loft is gorgeous. Very comfortable bed, quiet at night and clean facilities. Thank you for having us!

Contro: Issues with the washing machine, but it was hardly a trouble.

A comfortable base from which to easily explore a wonderful city.

Pro: The location was superb - very close to all the attractions. Despite being in the middle of the city, the apartment was very quiet. The air conditioning was excellent and very much needed in the 37 degree heat outside. The bed was very comfortable. We appreciated the excellent WiFi.

Contro: It could have been more explicit that there are a lot of steps up to the apartment. The kitchen utensils and crockery were a bit hit and miss. We had to look up online how to use the Biretta coffee machine (possibly just an English problem). Though generally clean there was a lack of attention to detail: cobwebs in the kitchen and greasy stains on cushions. The shower screen was very cumbersome and we felt there should be a non slip shower mat.

Pro: Comfortable and nice modern welcoming decor in an excellent location.

Contro: The steps can be a bit hard on sore feet after exploring all that Florence has to offer.

Very pleasant

Pro: Location, very friendly and helpful host, historical building in city centre close to train station, main landmarks, restaurants and stored.

Contro: Very noisy neighbors.
