Fabulous place in an unbeatable location- would highly recommend

Pro: Beatrice met us on arrival and showed us to the apartment. She was so helpful and kind

Contro: It was a fabulous apartment in an excellent location. Maybe a ‘welcome pack’ of milk, coffee etc would be a nice addition but everything we needed was very close by

Pro: The host Beatrice was lovely and met us at the property to show us around. The bathroom was friendly and clean, and we appreciated having a washing machine. Location was excellent in terms of closeness to key attractions such as the Duomo, Uffizi Galleries and restaurants. The apartment located above obviously had an accomplished classical pianist residing there and we loved hearing the piano music floating through the building in the afternoon. Kitchen was well equipped with crockery and mugs etc. Bed linen was lovely and beds were very comfortable. Air conditioning system worked well to keep apartment cool as it was rather warm on the days we were staying. It was good to have an elevator to get our luggage up to the apartment. The apartment felt safe and secure, and was very quiet at night despite its central location.

Contro: The plastic kettle was releasing small flakes from the element inside so every time it was boiled there were little bits floating in the water. We didn't feel comfortable drinking this so couldn't really make a cup of tea. The apartment was perhaps a tad smaller than we had imagined. This was fine for two people, but a family of three might find it a squeeze.

Enjoyable stay with a perfect location. Would recommend to others

Pro: The property was a good size for 3 guests. The location was perfect for walking around Florence

Contro: Even after using lift you still had to walk down 3 small flights of stairs. This was awkward when attempting to move luggage up and down.

Florence is beautiful and our location was incredibly central!

Pro: Florence is such a walkable city and the apartment is very well located to reach all sights. The apartment felt safe and clean throughout, the beds were comfortable and Beatrice was lovely!

Contro: Just be careful on the steps, like any old building. The lift works, but only one person can fit at a time.

Pro: We love its excellent location! It’s close to all tourist attractions as well as the train station. We love the friendly host. Beatrice always responds our queries immediately. We arrived Florence around 11am. She has organized to finish cleaning earlier so we can check in when we arrive. We are really appreciated for everything she’s done for us. Thank you very much. Perfect for a few days in Florence

Great location, would return and recommend.

Pro: Clean, bright and airy. Was amazed by the efficiency of the lift, despite its unusually compact size. Beatrice was very prompt in providing helpful information and answering all our messages and queries.

Contro: Would have been nice to be able to have our master bedroom main curtains fully drawn closed at night with the air conditioner on. The A/C is underneath the window so the air flow would be obstructed if we had not left the curtains drawn open.

Great Location to see the sights in Rome

Pro: Very good location - it is just 20 minutes walk from the Colloseum, Spanish Steps, Trevi fountain etc. There is a supermarket and ice cream shop just downstairs. Fabrizio was very helpful as well.
