Nice accommodation for groups/ families

Pro: The apartment is really big and fit comfortably our group (8 people). It is nicely decorated and gives you the Italian feeling from Firenze. You can reach the main historical sites on foot, and there is a tram stop just at the corner

Contro: We had some issues with the shower, but the host was very helpful and answered very quickly ( even during the evening).

For the real Florence experience

Pro: Real character property. Felt homely and appropriate for the Florence experience

Contro: Could do with more mugs - we are tea drinkers!

We enjoyed our stay, it was comfortable and warm and the beds were comfortable and had nice linen

Pro: Location, spacious, unique. Greeted by a very helpful young man who showed us around.

Contro: Water pressure quite low, noisy as on corner of street.

Good option for groups and/or family with easy access to the train station (by tram)

Pro: The apartment is conveniently located 5 minutes (by tram) from the train station. It is a good option for groups and/or families traveling together and need a place that is easily accessible and has plenty of bedrooms and shared living space. The check-in and check-out instructions were clear and timely. The apartment is well equipped for large groups of people.

Contro: The bathrooms could use some restoration as the water pressure is not good. Also, the kitchen could use some updating itself. The current state won't ruin your vacation, but if they were new it would elevate the whole experience.

Pro: The best, slightly spooky but comfortable and cozy. It was the center subject of all our discussions. We had a great time here!

Pro: Old apartment was wonderful, although some small repairs to door handles were required (done while we were there) and the dishwasher broke and could not be repaired.
