Buonissima esperienza

Pro: Pulizia, posizione e il fatto che fosse molto ampio

Contro: Le scale di accesso sono ripidissime

Pro: L'appartamento era pulito, ottima l'accoglienza e la disponibilità dell'host

Contro: Non c'è l'ascensore perché si trova in un centro storico e salire le scale con le valigie è un po' scomodo, anche se il proprietario dell'alloggio, cortesemente, ci ha aiutato.

Non potevamo sperare di meglio

Pro: Great apartment and location...stairs a little bit steep and tough getting luggage to room. But apart from that it was excellent.

Pro: Excellent, clean, modern apartment in a less touristy area of Florence, but within walking distance of the sights and the main railway station.

Contro: Map and directions for finding the apartment could have clearer. Apartment was on the third floor accessed by steep stairs which could be a problem for some people.

Pro: The location is good. You can walk to the historical center attractions and restaurants. Boboli Gardens is a few steps away. The cleanliness is perfect. Every facilities you need is there. The owner was very polite and let us check in earlier.

Contro: The stairs are tremendously high because these are secular buildings.You should climb and are not suitable for elders or disables. There are different restorations and workings going on in the building. They start at 8 am but this was not a problem as we checked out at 9 am.

Comfortable stay in an excellent location

Pro: Property was clean and quiet. Had working air conditioning. The location was exceptional…just about a 5-minute walk from the Pitti Palace. The staff person who welcomed us was friendly, super kind and helpful.

Contro: The doors were really squeaky which made it difficult to quietly open and close them at night (if needed). We had a very unpleasant surprise with the oven that smoked heavily when we tried to cook something. We informed the staff so hopefully the next customers will not have the same experience.

After a failed initial booking in Florence, we found this gem of a place.

Pro: We were coming off a very unpleasant initial booking at another property, and were forced to relocate after just one night…thankfully, we were able to secure this gem at the heart of Florence! The location is excellent. But even more so, the staff - quite honestly the best hosts we were able to have in our trip. Despite the language barrier, they made an effort to welcome us, carry our luggage to the 2nd floor as there is no lift, and help us book for a taxi when we had to leave and catch our train early in the morning. They even offered us a free bottle of wine as a welcome gift!

Contro: That we had to leave!
