Pro: Charming and quiet apartment in lovely area in Florence. Terrace is amazing

Contro: The electronic check in process took us while but owners were straight away in the phone to help us

Pro: Super location and very clean and well stocked apartment.

Quiet, isolated, and absolutely lovely.

Pro: With the appartment next to the park and just far enough away from street side it's feels very isolated and is properly quiet for the area it is in. Lovely roof terrace just up the stairs, and a very spacious appartment. Very good communication from the owners. Would absolutely recommend this place.

Contro: Very minor things, such as lack of a handrail in the building you access the apartment through. The check-in procedure and key system took some getting familiar with, but everything ended up working great.

The apartment is beautiful, the private terrace is such an added bonus & in lovely location.

Pro: A little difficult getting in main door as arrived much later than originally thought, once inside the building used key code which was fine.

Contro: I thought the metal staircase to apartment was a little difficult with suitcases and would certainly benefit from more lighting as extremely dark in evening.

Wonderful little apartment with everything you need

Pro: The location is amazing with access to public transport, and the apartment had everything me and my family needed for the “home away from home” experience.

Pro: Apartment is lokated in a wonderful place, close to the most important tourist destinations of Florence. The equipment of the apartment is fantastic, everything in this apartment deserves the highest rating. We are delighted and will definitely come back.

A Comfortable & Convenient place to explore Florence

Pro: Superb location right next to the Boboli Gardens. Property was within 15-20 mins walking distance to all the important tourist sights. There were also a number of excellent restaurants in the area. A quiet building away from the hustle and bustle, this apartment offered great space for a family of 4. The hosts were also very responsive and helpful, and generously welcomed us with a bottle of wine.

Beautiful terrace! Cool, quiet, modern apartment in a great area. Couldn't ask for more!

Pro: Self check-in with a code was well described with videos and photos which really helped easily identify the building. Hosts were amazing, we had an issue with the aircon which they sorted out quickly for us. Great communication and really felt like we were their top priority.

Contro: There was no olive oil or salt, there were canisters for these bu they were empty. This was quite literally the only fault with the apartment which wasn't;t really a big deal but would have been nice. Think this was a mistake though as everything else was there including coffee pods, washing detergents, cold water in the fridge and a nice bottle of wine! So barely an issue :)

Enjoyable and very comfortable stay at Boboli!

Pro: Clean, stylish and modern. Excellent air conditioning. Hosts Liza and Barbara were very helpful and supportive.

Contro: Was a bit tricky to access property using Vikey but the hosts helped.

Pro: Die Ferienwohnung hat uns wirklich sehr gut gefallen. Die Ausstattung war top und es hat an nichts gefehlt; sogar eine Dachterasse stand zu Verfügung. Die Lage ist super – viele Sehenswürdigkeiten wie der Palazzo Pitti, der Boboli-Garten oder die Ponte Vecchio sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Trotz der zentralen Lage war es in der Wohnung überraschend ruhig, da sie etwas zurückgelegen ist. Am Anfang wirkt sie ein bisschen versteckt, aber mit der guten Beschreibung, die einem vorab zukommen gelassen wird, war sie leicht zu finden. Auch vielen Dank nochmal an das hilfsbereite Flo Appartment Team: da wir mit einem Kleinkind gereist sind, stand ein Hochstuhl und ein Kinderbett bereit. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und empfehlen diese Wohnung definitiv weiter.
