We had a great time in the spacious and traditional Italian-style house.

Pro: The apartment, situated in the historic part of the city, was incredibly roomy. Despite not being able to fully grasp its charm from the images, it had a charming small balcony that was perfect for enjoying morning coffee. Overall, we really enjoyed our brief stay there.

Contro: During our stay in November, we noticed that there is room for improvement in the comfort of the beds, especially the pillows. It would have been nice to have a duvet as well, as the small blankets provided were not sufficient for us. As sleep is of great importance to us, we believe that enhancing the sleeping arrangements would greatly enhance the overall experience. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Pro: Helpful owners, got in touch quickly if there was a query. Comfortable, clean, good location.

Contro: Lack of WiFi

Very nice apartment that I would recommend to any visitors.

Pro: Good location just a short walk from main tourist attractions. Lovely little private outside space. Well equipped kitchen. Very bright and comfortable apartment

Contro: The apartment was on the third floor, so lots of stairs to climb.

Pro: Great location; convenient distance to main attractions, yet a block or two away from the tourist crowds at Pitti Palace and Ponte Vecchio. Roomy apartment where both couples had enough privacy (separate bedrooms and bathrooms at opposite ends). Nice balcony overlooking a private garden. Foodstore and bakery within short walking distance.

Contro: It was cold enough that we needed blankets, but most of the blankets provided were not clean. Could have been more explicit that we needed to agree on a precise time to check in (i.e. meet with a representative to get the keys) -- the booking.com webpage only allows to specify one hour slots, which was not sufficient here. But it worked out in the end. Moskitos -- moskito repellent devices were available, but empty, and we didn't find replacement.

Großzügige Unterkunft in zentraler Lage

Pro: Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral in Florenz und ist sehr groß. Für 4 Personen mehr als großzügig. Zwei separate Schlaf- und Badezimmer.

Contro: Das Mobiliar ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Klimaanlage funktioniert nicht. Keine WLAN Zugangsdaten. Auf einige Anfragen wurde nicht reagiert - Kontakt ausbaufähig.

Pro: Hermoso departamento, disfrutamos su amplitud..volveríamos con seguridad.

Pro: Rigtig god beliggenhed. Dejligt med masser af plads. Skønt med den lille altan. God kommunikation med udlejer.

Contro: Kunne godt være gjort mere rent. Især på døre/karme man bruger. Gammelt (pænt) men meget slidt inventar.

Aire acondicionado en verano

Pro: La ubicación es buena, caminando al centro son 10 minutos El único tema es que no funcionaba bien el aire acondicionado y el permanecer en la estancia para comer era muy caluroso Cabe mencionar que el apartamento es antiguo por si buscas algo más moderno

Contro: Algo extraño que paso es que cuando salimos del departamento cuando llegaba se abrían las puertas del balcón, en una noche una puerta que estaba en lo alto apareció abierta sin razón Nunca supimos porque pero esto pasaba mientras no estábamos

Overall it was good. But could have been better.

Pro: Big spacious apartment with both street and courtyard views.

Contro: WiFi doesn’t work at all and one of the showers had a blocked water draining pipe.
