Pro: Grandi spazi, letti comodissimi, attrezzature in cucina in abbondanza.

Contro: La stanza adiacente Alla cucina Resta un Po fredda.

Pro: Premetto che noi eravamo a Firenze per un viaggio di lavoro ed eravamo 4 colleghi. L’appartamento è super spazioso, molto bello e cosa molto apprezzata ogni camera da letto ha il proprio bagno. La posizione è molto comoda e centrale

Consiglio la struttura, staff sempre presente e disponibile

Pro: La grandezza della struttura e la posizione centrale

Contro: Unico neo manca l’ascensore

Pro: Le stanze sono grandi e ben riscaldate, i letti comodi, c'è un bagno per ogni stanza.

Contro: La pulizia non era proprio ottimale poiché si percepiva un odore di umidità/ muffa

Big and spacious apartment, central but quiet neighbourhood

Pro: Great location, very big and spacious apartment. Central heating, all the kitchen and bathroom amenities as well as air conditioning. It's an old building in the centre but still quiet. 7min walk to ponte Vecchio.

Perfect

Pro: The space was wonderful. We were extended family of 8 with 2 grandchildren. Location was excellent too. Close to everything but far enough away from the crowds. Perfect.

We had a good stay and it worked for us.

Pro: Location was good and within walking distance of the heart of Florence and the train station. The living room was comfortable and each bedroom had its own bathroom. It could accommodate a large number of people. Good internet.

Contro: The size of one of the bathrooms and shower was very small with no place for the soap. Top floor means a LOT of steep stairs.

A very lovely apartment with plenty of space for a family.

Pro: The location of the property was excellent and a short walk to city center

Contro: I would say that maybe the main bedroom (near the kitchen) the bed could have been bigger (longer / taller). I am 6ft 2in and that is not super tall but I struggled to put my feet out as there were metal/iron bars at the very bottom of the bed. This is a minor point but I would say if updating then I would say to change the bed in the main room.

Pro: Great stay. Quiet part of Florence. Close to pharmacy, best ice cream shop and grocery store. Clean, lots of bathrooms. Big living space.

Contro: 3 flights of stairs with luggage was manageable

Perfect apartment

Pro: The apartment was spotless,well-equipped, well-heated and enormous. We loved the location, walking distance from the centre but did not feel touristy. Excellent restaurants within 10 minutes. Francesca and her team were amazing. We locked ourselves out and within the hour someone came to let us in.
