Santo Spirito's Nest

Fully recommend!

Pro: The Nest’s location is spot on, right on the edge of Florence’s historic center – super close to everything. You’ve got great restaurants all around, easy walks to the main sights. The second-floor bedroom is my favorite; it’s comfy and gets good light. The bathroom’s roomy too, which is a nice touch. Overall, a reliable pick for a quick stay.

Cosy and convenient base for exploring beautiful Florence

Pro: Great location - a nice quiet base, walkable to everything we needed. Relatively well-equipped, able to prepare some of our own meals. Always comfortable, with good aircon. Great communication with the host, and very clear and helpful instructions for our stay.

Contro: Three flights of stairs with luggage was an effort (but our host very kindly helped us carry things up at check in). The place is a little older, but still very clean and comfy.

Pro: The location was good, we were quite close to the centre. It was very clean and the AC was working well. Very spacious and everything that you need is there. It was such a cute and cosy place to stay in. There were really good restaurants and shops near the accommodation which was really handy.

Contro: There’s no lift in the building so if you have heavy luggages, and after a day of walking, be prepared to climb up the stairs.

Great location, lovely locals and cozy apartment!

Pro: I have been to Florence many times and stayed in many apartments and I have to say, this one is by far the best one for me. It was bigger than I expected and as I was there to work, I spent a lot of time in the apartment and it felt so comfortable and relaxing like I was at home! The building itself is quiet, the location is perfection and the restaurant options were endless. The best part was being a few steps away from the infamous Gusta Pizza! I will definitely be back for much longer next year. I would like to mention that there are quite a few steps to get up to the apartment and this was a concern of mine as I have health issues and knew I would not be able to carry my luggage up and down but the host was incredible and arranged for someone to come and carry it for me!

Contro: The apartment was rather dark when the sun went down which made it difficult to work at night. There were lamps but they were not that strong but it wasn’t a huge issue!

Pro: A quiet, cozy apartment in a great location nearby the Ponte Vecchio. You can't get much better than this. Don't get me started on the nearby food options, simply amazing!

Perfect location, lots of space, good communication, would stay again.

Pro: Property was larger and more spacious than the pictures reveal and the bed was comfortable with an AC unit directly above the bed.

Contro: The only issue was that the shared boiler gave out on a Friday and wasn't repaired until the following Wednesday but the facilities managers kept in contact and a cold shower wasn't an problem for me when it's 34°C outside.

Pro: The location of this apartment was absolutely perfect! We were very comfortable there for our week in Florence.

Once again in Florence - once again in Santo Spirito's Nest !!!

Pro: Everything was fine! Especially perfect vintage decoration that suits much atmosphere of Florence :) And nice, helpful, with good manners host can't be ommited.

Apartament acollidor i complert!

Pro: És un apartament acollidor i amb tot el necessari per passar una estada breu a Florència. Molt ben situat, al costat de l'església del Santo Spirito i el pont de la Trinitat, i amb el centre històric a prop. Restaurants, bars i cafeteries en la zona amb un ambient tranquil.

Contro: Cal pujar unes quantes escales per arribar-hi i l'edifici no té ascensor. En el meu cas no ha estat un problema perquè només duia una motxilla. També vaig trobar una mica desmesurat haver de pagar 50€ per arribar fora de l'horari del check-in.

Perfekt läge!

Pro: Fantastiskt läge! Det är nära allt du vill se men samtidigt tillräckligt långt bort för att inte ligga mitt i det värsta turiststråket. Mysig lägenhet och bekväm säng.

Contro: Det fanns ingen skärbräda.
