Pro: The location is superb - close enough to walk to all the main attractions but outside of the tourist buzz. Many nice restaurants and bars nearby. The hosts have been available throughout the stay and accommodating with any request . Would definitely go back!

Grosszügige Wohnung im 3. Stock (ohne Lift) an guter Lage in lebhaftem Altstadtquartier

Pro: Attraktive Lage in lebhaftem Altstadtquartier nahe Santo Spirito, Bushaltestellen in nächster Nähe, grosszügiges, etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Appartement, schöne Terrasse zum Innenhof, freundliche Gastgeber

Contro: Wir vermissten eine klare Information, wie die Unterkunft zu finden ist (die Häuser sind mit zwei unterschiedlichen Hausnummern angeschrieben und Google Maps führt nicht zum Ziel). Ausserdem hätten wir gerne im Voraus gewusst, dass die Wohnung im dritten Stock (63 Stufen) ist und dass es keinen Lift hat. Weiter vermissten wir eine Leselampe im Wohnbereich, einen Wäscheständer und Küchenwäsche.

Rustic apartment, close to many Florence restaurants and activities.

Pro: The location was great. The staff were responsive when we asked for additional information regarding the location of the apartment. There was an abundance of storage space in the hallway and bedroom. Definitely a plus! It was great to have the washing machine and the outdoor patio. We ran out of cafe pods and the staff delivered the following day which was much appreciated! There were additional adapters available to us, again very helpful to us.

Contro: Basically, it was a great space. The only negative was that the apartment was noisy at night, but to be expected regarding the location so close to a busy street.
