Soggiorno confortevole!
Pro: Ottimo soggiorno, molto accogliente! Proprietari disponibilissimi. Abbiamo apprezzato tanto gli ottimi prodotti da bagno e i tanti snack trovati in cucina. Non è una zona centralissima, ma in realtà in meno di 10 minuti si raggiunge Piazza Cesare Beccaria e, dunque, il quartiere Santa Croce!

Pro: Soggiorno perfetto, tutto al top! Mi sono trovato benissimo! L’alloggio è comodissimo, situato in una posizione ideale e dotato di ogni comfort. Tutto era curato nei minimi dettagli, molto pulito e ben accessoriato, non mancava davvero nulla. La colazione di buona qualità. Un soggiorno perfetto, tornerò sicuramente!

Pro: Located in a lovely residential area, this apartment offers everything you need for alonger (or short) stay. It is completely new, meticulously clean, with well equipped kitchen (incl dishwasher, basic ingredients and seasoning for cooking), two bathrooms, sitting room and big bedroom with one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. The culinary welcome package with wine and typical italian snacks was more than welcome. For those who freeze easily: heating is available and works perfectly - which is not common in southern European countries. There is also a small terrace, which I did not use due to mostly rainy weather, but in summer would have appreciated. The walk to the center is 20 min, with lovely bars along the way for a morning macchiato and cornetti. Supermarket across the house. Several bus stops available in area. This apartment is a home away from home and I can just warmly recommend it, especially for longer stays.
Contro: The apartment is located on the entrance level of a charming old house and the bedroom faces the street directly, so it can be a bit noisy. However it didn’t bother me at all, plus the comfy bed made up for it. A second issue - which is a Florence and not an apartment thing: with humid climate there are mosquitoes. In the apartment you can find repellant, however you need to take mosquitoes into account, anywhere in the city.

Pro: Superb apartment, well located, cleanest i have ever stayed in. Has everything you need and I was given a lovely welcome pack. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. Very near the biz but very safe. There is nothing to not like about this apartment....absolutely wonderful.

An absolute gem!
Pro: Plenty of space, very well equipped kitchen which the host had thoughtfully left a range of welcome snacks and drinks. 6 minute walk to Campo di Marte, which is one stop from from Santa Maria Novella station, or a 20 minute stroll away.

Pro: Apartment is located in a very calm part of the town, easily accessible via bus. Do not get fooled by maps, its actually very close by foot from city centre, we have used the bus once. Explore Firenze on foot! Directly across the road is a small shop, which was perfect. Check-in instructions were clear and easy, no problem. Apartment is larger than photos show! Spacious rooms, fully equipped kitchen with amenities, juices, cola, water etc. Very generous owners. Comfortable bed, sofa, lots of storage as well. Beautiful bathroom, heating system (AC) was quick to respond and effective. Contact with owners via WhatsApp, responding very quickly. Nothing to complain about, next time only this apartment, truly recommend!

Treat yourself to a little bit of luxury!
Pro: What an incredible apartment, newly refurbished to a very high standard. An amazing welcome pack meant we could sit and relax with a snack and a drink as soon as we arrived. You couldn't want for anything as far as the facilities were concerned. We were only there for one night, so it's difficult to comment on the location too much, as we had already been to the centre and came via the train station where we had left our luggage, so we didn't travel directly to the centre from there. A quiet area with several restaurants nearby and a Carrefour supermarket opposite, which was useful. Highly recommended.
Contro: I would recommend taking a taxi if coming directly from the central train station. It's a little bit of a trek from the smaller branch line station, and the pavements weren't great for wheeled luggage.
