Pro: La posizione della struttura e' comodissima soprattutto il palazzetto Nelson Mandela e pure il centro della città. Nelle vicinanze c'è pure un supermercato ben fornito. L'unica pecca manca di lavastoviglie e di alcune posate .

Pro: True to pictures. Very comfortable. Warm welcoming from the host. Located in a quiet and nice neighborhood.

It felt like home and made our stay in Florence one of our favourites on our five week vacation!

Pro: Plenty of space, everything we needed including a washing machine and wifi, very clean, comfy bed with blackout blinds, great location.

Contro: The hot water ran out very quickly but we weren’t sure if that was an us problem.

Pro: The apartment was the same as the pictures. Location is not in the centre but near only 15 minutes walk from the centre. Near is the bus stop and shops. Definitely if I go to Florence I will go there again very pleasant place,

Homely stay

Pro: Easy to check in, Kalum was in contact with me via Whatsapp to arrange collection of the keys. He was very friendly and showed us how to access the apartment and where everything was inside. Large apartment, modern and clean. Plenty of towels provided. Good Wifi. Good aircon. Large bathroom. Parking available on the street but it is difficult as it is always busy, you may have to park on a different street if not available. Have to get a parking ticket at the machine, unfortunately wasn't working for us but we didn't get a fine which is good. This apartment is also out of the ZTL zone so you won't get fined for that either.

Contro: If staying in the back bedroom you hear all the noise of people entering and leaving the apartment building. Especially if they are walking up or down the stairs, you hear every step. Hard to get sleep, it woke me up several times. It would maybe be ok for kids or someone who is not a light sleeper.

A well equipped apartment, spacious and in a quite area with a comunicative contact person.

Pro: It was in a quite location and it was spacious, the person of contact was very receptive and always answer our questions and demands Also the apartments is well equipped with everyhting

Contro: The walls are pretty thin and you can hear the neighbours Also we would like to have a a better air blower and paper reserve

Preis/Leustung Verhältnis ist OK

Pro: Apartment liegt nicht weit von Zentrum und hat alles was man braucht.

Contro: Könnte etwas sauberer sein
