Pro: La casa è grande e spaziosa super pulita. Host sempre pronta a rispondere a quelle che sono state le nostre esigenze, arredata con estremo gusto. Avrei voluto scrivere una brutta recensione così da poterla trovare libera, mo non è proprio possibile. È stata una vacanza TOP

Pro: Place is big and nice, having all the things we need. Beds are clean, kitchen is good equipped. Close to supermarket and easy to reach city center.
Contro: Coffee machine didn’t work, we contacted the host but get no response. WiFi connection was not always stable. Water pipes in the first floor toilet “screaming “ a lot after flush.

Nice, clean, facilities.
Pro: Super acomodation! It deserves more then 10! Very nice aranged,recenlty renovated, clean, spacious, not smelly, you find all the facilities in the kitchen, includind dishwasher. I liked very much how the AC are positioned! I stayed upp stairs, there are 3 AC there, one in each dormitory and one between rooms which is very practical in the summer when you you need to cool but you don’t want to blow directly in your head. There is a Conad and Carefour nearby. 25-30 min walk to the center or you can take bus, if you don’t have a car. It is do nice and spacey in the living room! Thanks to the host for the amazing experience, hope to go again!
Contro: There is nothing to dislike!

Great location, ideal for 6 of us
Pro: Lovely and clean and perfect for 6 of us, dining and living room were big enough for all of us to relax and the kitchen had all the facilities we needed . About a 20 minute walk into the centre and the location was quiet.
Contro: Nothing negative really, one of the shower doors was missing and we'd have liked a toaster, but they're just really small things, we loved it

Pro: Bardzo fajny apartament, oddalony od scisłego centrum jakies poł godzinki na nogach. Bardzo blisko 3 sklepy w tym jeden bardzo duży. Blisko Kebab oraz Pizzerie.
Contro: Jedyne co bylo niedgodnoscią podczas pobytu to meldunek. Pisaliśmy o wcześniejszą możliwość zakwaterowania, dostaliśmy odp negatywną co oczywiście rozumiem, mieliśmy dostać czyste mieszkanie i takowe bylo, niestety klucze dostaliśmy kolo 16.40, co dla nas bylo problemem, bo jechaliśmy ponad 14 h samochodem. To byla jedyna negatywna cześć pobytu.

Pro: Appartement agréable, bien agencé, facile d'accès permettant de se déplacer à pied dans Florence tout en profitant d'un quartier calme et moins touristique Nous avons apprécié notre séjour, merci!
Contro: Quelques aménagements manquants : plats pour le four, ustensiles de cuisine, rideaux pour les velux à l'étage, porte de douche cassée

Pro: We had a wonderful stay at this flat! The apartment was clean, stylish, and exactly as described. The host was super responsive and made check-in really easy. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone.
Contro: The only small thing to note is that the upper-floor bedrooms are open to each other, adding a curtain or divider could make it even more private.

Confort y una casa ideal para grupos
Pro: Las instalaciones amplias y con mucho confort. Estuvimos ocho personas y fue muy acertado. Un lugar tranquilo y muy confortable que dispone de todo lo necesario. Además dispone de markets y restaurantes en la zona.
Contro: Para nosotros no fue una decepción porque nos gusta dormir en lugares tranquilos, pero si que es cierto que está apartado de lugares turísticos y hay que caminar.
