Mini Studio very Central close to the Train Station

Consigliato e accogliente.

Pro: L’accoglienza è stata calorosa e mi sono sentito subito a casa. La struttura è a pochi passi dalla stazione e dal centro città. La padrona di casa mi ha suggerito anche alcuni ristoranti dove avrei potuto mangiare bene e avrei avuto un piccolo sconto. Il monolocale era pulito e fornito di ogni servizio.

Pro: La piccola stanza aveva tutto il necessario sia per pernottare che per cucinare. Molto pulita e a pochissimo dalla stazione centrale. Host super disponibile.

Pro: I really enjoyed my stay here! The accommodation is very good, in an excellent location, and the host was always easy to contact and very helpful. The place has everything that you need. For travelers who rely on reviews like I do, I’d like to share a few points: The apartment is on the second floor with stairs, so it may not be ideal for everyone. There’s no blackout curtain, so the room gets quite bright in the mornings. The toilet takes a while to refill and can be noisy during use or when showering, as it uses a different system. I recommend bringing your own toiletries (soap, shampoo, conditioner), as the provided ones were limited and not very consistent (water filled). Overall, I found it a great place to stay in Florence, with wonderful location and a reliable host. Just a few small details to keep in mind for comfort.

Contro: As mentioned above, it’s not that I didn’t like it, but there is room for improvement.

Pro: The hosts were wonderful and so accommodating and helpful.

Contro: The toilet takes a long time to refill and is very noisy throughout the night.

A very good value option for Florence

Pro: Very good value . The owner was a little eccentric but very helpful . The air conditioning hadn’t been turned on and the room was sweltering when I arrived . But it worked and eventually cooled down .

Pro: The location is perfect, very close to the railway station and at the walking distance to the city centre. The lady gave us some recommendations regarding food, restaurants and stores.

Contro: The bathroom is very small and the plumbing is noisy but considering it is an old building I guess that's the only possibility. In addition there is high and steep staircase to the second floor, which didn't cause any problems to us but might be an obstacle for some people, esp. with small children or heavy luggage.

Pro: Great location. Cristina was a very helpful host. The studio is comfortable and well equipped.

Good value accommodation in central Florence, Cristina is a lovely host

Pro: Great location, very clean apartment and plenty of kitchen equipment including complimentary coffee

Contro: It’s quite a noisy street at night

Pro: Absolutely wonderful accommodation just a few minutes from central station, clean and comfortable with a very welcoming and friendly host. I walked everywhere easily to all popular sights and there are great restaurants nearby. It is a busy area and if a little bit of street noise bothers you (it didn't bother me af all) this is easily solved by taking some little foam ear plugs with you. I would definitely not let that put me off staying here. Cooking facilities,good sized fridge and small freezer helped make my stay even better. I would highly recommend staying here and hope to again myself. It is the perfect spot to discover Florence from. Go! You'll love it!

Great hosts, good accommodation

Pro: The hosts were very welcoming and helpful. They recommended a lovely restaurant just around the corner- Grotto dei Leo. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was close to the station and other amenities.

Contro: The ensuite was tight and the stairs to the room were steep.
