L'alloggio perfetto per Firenze
Pro: alloggio molto Carino situato vicino alla stazione e al contempo a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro della città. Comodo, pulito, utilitario. L'host Osvaldo è iper gentile e disponibile, cordiale fin da subito ci ha sempre risposto puntuale ed è. stato d'aiuto fino al check out. Sicuramente promosso come alloggio, consiglio vivamente!
Contro: se si vuole trovare un mini difetto essendo vicino alla stazione può succedere che a volte tarda sera si senta gente parlare o urlare, ma niente di eclatante, e di certo non dipende dalla gestione.

Consigliatissimo!
Pro: Piccolo appartamento grazioso e pulito, ottima la posizione rispetto al centro e alla stazione di Santa Maria Novella. Il sig. Osvaldo inoltre è una persona molto gentile e disponibile. Ci tornerò sicuramente!

Delizioso appartamento in posizione centrale
Pro: Appartamento delizioso, arredato con cura e molto funzionale, pulitissimo, dotato di tutte le comodità per un breve soggiorno. Molto fresco e silenzioso, in una posizione comodissima e strategica per visitare Firenze e raggiungere la stazione in pochi minuti. Il proprietario Osvaldo è stato gentile e sollecito, persona anche molto simpatica! Grazie di tutto, sicuramente dovessimo tornare a Firenze prenoterei di nuovo qui!

Clean, well situated appartment 5 minutes from the station, perfect for a base to visit Florence.
Pro: The location is excellent, near train station and T2 tram to carpark outside Florence and to the Belfiore Social hub Conference and hotel. Everything is within an easy 20-30 min walk. Although the flat is in the city centre, it is on the Western side which means it is very convenient for sites that are both North, East and over the river South in Oltrearno. It is quiet as windows are double glazed and have large shutters and there are no immediate bars/cafes nearby. It was very clean and had everything a traveller needed. I was there 6 days. It is managed by a very responsive owner who lives next door which makes everything easy as he opens the flat for you and explains everything. The kitchen is a kitchen, with stove, fridge, microwave etc. The area has useful small shops and there is an excellent local bakery/deli nearby.
Contro: The bedroom is larger than the living room although I spent very little time in the flat so it didn’t matter to me. The WiFi works fine in the lounge where the table is. I attached a laptop and phone and had no real issues. It works less well in the bedroom by the window.

Pro: Great location near the train station and 10 minutes walk from the center. The owner was super nice. Although the booking was non-refundable, we had to change plans because of train strike, and we got a refund for one night. Very considerate.

Lovely apartment, ideal location
Pro: Lovely apartment, it is small but plenty of space for the two of us. Great location, on a quiet street. Only a couple of minutes walk from the train station and no more than 15 minutes walk to most of the main sites in the old city. The host Osvaldo is very friendly. Check-in was easy. He met us at the property and told us all we needed to know.

Recommend this place.
Pro: 10 minutes casual walk from Florence train station. 2nd floor and no elevator. On initially entering, the living area and kitchen seemed small, but it was cozy and comfortable. We Used the kitchen to cook breakfast and it was fine. No oven. Microwave and toaster. We were met at the apartment and shown through. We had some rain, and it was a fine to stay inside for the day. Contact with management was via WhatsApp and was always responded to quickly. Medium size Refrigerator and had ample room Had a Kettle, plates, side plates, & Utensils Air conditioning was good. Bed was very comfortable. Pillows were soft. Wardrobe space was good. The Shower water pressure was very good and didn’t run out of hot water. Water Temperature was constant. Towels were a bit thin, but did the job. WiFi was good. Close to restaurants, and 10 minutes walk to Ponte Vecchio. A great place to stay.
Contro: (Not sure if it’s a recurring thing), but Saturday morning (4am or so), a bit of yelling in the street. Seemed to be connected to a late night venue in the intersecting street. Didn’t go for too long though. Apart from that, the place was generally quiet.

Fantastic host, super clean apartment, all within close proximity to all the major sights.
Pro: Osvaldo was an excellent host. He kept in touch right up to our arrival and was there to meet us at the appointed time. The place was very clean and comfortable and had 2 AC units which kept the place cool as it was very hot and humid in Florence. The area was very central and all the main sights were within walking distance, with many wonderful eateries in close proximity. For people who want to have access to halal food, that is also quite close by and good value for money. All in all, our stay in Florence was really good, but the foundation of the stay was Osvaldo's apartment.
Contro: Nothing. It was all good.

Pro: This B&B is my favorite during my trip to Italy. The owner is very cute and kind. His home is just behind the B&B and he provides me with olive oil to complete the dishes. I highly recommend this B&B with all the necessary equipment and convenient transportation. I really like this unique B&B, especially the view outside the bathroom window is very Florence-like. I hope I can come again. Return to beautiful Florence
