Pleasant, simple, comfy

Pro: Modern furnishing, comfy bed, convenient location near the train station, the AC is working perfectly, needed nothing more and enjoyed my stay.

Contro: The stove is convection, so I couldn't figure out how to use the geyser coffee pot, but it's the only issue

Pro: You can reach all the major attractions like the Florence Cathedral, Uffizi Gallery, and Central Market within a 15-minute walk. The place is very clean and well-maintained, and it’s equipped with a smart TV, air conditioning, induction stove, microwave, and more — everything is easy to use. There’s also a Conad supermarket just 5 minutes away on foot, which is very convenient. I highly recommend this place! 두오모성당 걸어서 12분, 우피치 박물관, 다비드상 있는 광장, 중앙시장 모두 걸어서 갈 수 있는 위치가 꿀인 점이 대박입니다. 시설 깨끗하고, 따뜻한 물도 잘 나오고(한국식 1층)화장실 깔끔 합니다. 스마트티비, 에어컨, 인덕션, 전자레인지, 전기포트 작동 잘되구요. 5분거리에 conad 마트 있는데 장봐오셔서 간단한 요리 완전 가능해서 식비 좀 절약했어요. 왜이렇게 길게 말하냐면 다른 유럽에서 이런 가격에 이런 레지던스 찾기 어려워요. 첨부한 사진은 제가 체크아웃 하면서 찍은 사진입니다. 호스트가 올려놓은 사진과 방 컨디션이 똑같아서 놀랐어요. 정-말 편하고 안전하게 지내다가 왔습니다.

Contro: It’s not exactly a major issue, but something to keep in mind — the sound insulation isn’t the best. You can hear early morning construction noise or people talking loudly as they pass by. It gets better when the door is closed, though 개선점 보단 약간의 단점인데, 방음이 잘 안돼요. (한국식 1층)아침일찍 공사하는 소리, 사람들 지나다니면서 시끄럽게 떠드는 소리가 엄청 큽니다. 방문을 닫으면 좀 괜찮아요.
