Appartamento del Campuccio

Pro: Struttura molto carina e accogliente si è in grado di raggiungere il centro a piedi e in pochi minuti. La struttura è munita di tutto il necessario Smart tv con Sky per non parlare della cucina munita di tutti gli utensili necessari. Il proprietario di casa è una persona molto gentile e disponibile insomma non manca niente super consigliata 😊

Pro: appartamento molto bello, tenuto bene, pulito ed ordinato, dotato di tutto (wifi, tv,sky, pentole&co, caffè, acqua, prodotti per la pulizia personale e della casa)

A value priced apartment in walkable distance to main sites.Clean and tidy

Pro: Near all things you would want to see, walkable. Apartment had homely feel, kitchen set up to be able to cook. Generous amounts of basics like olive oil, vinegar etc. You can create a mini home for yourself.. Host was friendly and helpful.

Contro: Beware it is up two flights of stairs, no lift. Beds were a little hard for us, toppers would have enhanced our sleeping experience..

Great location which met all our needs.

Pro: The location was ideal for us. Quieter than the north side, which we prefer. We had gone to Florence for a wedding and a large part of our group were also on the south side, so it made it easy for us to meet up with them. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay. Host met us with the keys, and to explain where to find everything, recommended us a great local restaurant.

Contro: We knew what to expect, but the stairs to the property. Great if your young and fit, which I am not.

Wonderful value for our money and we were all vert pleased

Pro: Our host was very helpful and friendly. He suggested places to go, things to see. He explained everything to us and told us not to hesitate to contact him for any question or problem. The apartment is well situated in a relatively quiet neighborhood. A laundromat around the corner, grocery stores not far. The attractions were a small walk away. Small shop around the corner had great sandwiches. The train station was a very short taxi ride away. We were very pleased with the kitchen and were able to cook a few times.

Contro: The bathroom is small and taking 3 showers in a row can be challenging. We were pre warned about the slow drain in the shower which slowed us down a bit. This was not a deal breaker as every apartment has its own little quirk. Everything else made up for it!

We loved our stay in Florence and the apartment which felt like home

Pro: It was spacious and cosy with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Made you feel like part of the local community in a street close to town with interesting things going on. Using the local shops. Close to Ponte Vecchio, restaurants, Boboli gardens, buses, Pitti Palace, Uffizi and more. Phillip helpful on arrival,

Contro: Shower head probably needs replacing? Stairs but can’t be helped.

Bellissimo

Pro: Appartement très propre, bien situé et agréable à vivre. Il est bien aménagé, avec tout le nécessaire pour un séjour confortable. L endroit a beaucoup de charme et garde une touche d'authenticité! Je recommande. Pour finir merci à Filippo pour son hospitalité et sa communication fluide

Pro: Muy bien ubicado, muy bien equipado y la Atención un encanto

Contro: Mucho ruido de coches y motos pasando si abrías la Ventana. El Baño es muy incómodo
