Campuccio Suite in Oltrarno

Bella esperienza in generale in un appartamento ben dotato e confortevole.

Pro: Lo stato generale dell'appartamento è ottimo essendo dotato di mobili ed elettrodomestici generalmente nuovi. Completo di cucina utilizzabile con relativi utensili ed accessori quali forno a microonde. La camera da letto era molto confortevole e silenziosa con TV a disposizione. Il bagno era dotato di sanitari molto ben tenuti e puliti e la doccia era molto accogliente. Molto apprezzata la presenza di sensori per gas (metano e CO2)

Contro: Scala condominiale un poco stretta e scomoda. Uno dei 4 fuochi della cucina a gas era bloccato, quindi non utilizzabile. Le finestre sono un po' datate ma questo potrebbe anche dipendere da dei vincoli architettonici imposti dal comune.

Pro: Propre tres bien agencé. Tout ce dont vous avez besoin y est et la propriétaire est super gentille

Contro: La borne wifi qui n'a pas fonctionné.

Clean, peaceful and cozy place which is close to everywhere.

Pro: I had big and heavy luggages but had no problem to get there by bus from SMN station. Also, it is in the walkable distance from everywhere. I stopped by the flat once or twice during the day to chill a little.

Contro: Nothing really. A bit of noise from the street through the vent hole, but the neighborhood is quite peaceful, so it was ok.

Pro: Close to attractions, short walk to market, restaurants, had laundry facilities, quiet neighborhood.

Great stay, I’d return!

Pro: Great neighborhood away from the crowds. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Pro: Clean and comfortable. Host was friendly and helpful.

Contro: Bathroom is tight and shower is small and hard to keep doors to shower closed so water doesn’t run outside. Stairs are tight going up to first floor.

Live like a local while experiencing Florence

Pro: This place is a one bedroom apartment, fully furnished that allows you to live like a local. It's in an older building with architectural charm and well maintained. The location is walking distance to the tourist area to allow you to fully enjoy what Florence has to offer and relax. The host was there to let us in and walk us through the apartment and how to use the appliances and fixtures. The host also provided some travel tips that were helpful in experiencing Florence.

Contro: The clothes washer needed some cleaning before starting laundry, a burner on the stove wasn't working. These were minor inconveniences and didn't affect our overall stay and trip experience.

Enjoyed it and would recommend .

Pro: Very pleasant and as presented in photos. Location was great proximity for tourist sites.

Contro: No sitting area or outside space.

Pro: The location was ideal and Lisa was available to provide support as needed. It was the perfect home base for a few days in Florence, and we especially appreciated having a spacious closet, washer in unit, and a kitchen in case we needed to cook.

Contro: The shower was a bit cramped and there were a few mosquitos in the apartment.
