Perfect little apartment in the best area of Florence

Pro: This was by far the cleanest and most well-organized apartment we have ever stayed in. Everything was spotless upon arrival, and it was clear that a lot of care goes into maintaining the space. Although the apartment is on the smaller side, it is exceptionally well arranged and makes excellent use of the available space. It is equipped with nearly everything one might need for a comfortable stay. For our longer visit, we did have to purchase a few minor items, but this did not take away from the overall experience. We would absolutely recommend this apartment without hesitation, especially for those who appreciate cleanliness and thoughtful organization.

Wonderful hosts and a the perfect property to explore Florence

Pro: Laura and Pablo were incredibly welcoming. The flat was spotless and had everything we needed in an excellent location.

This is a hidden gem and so are its owners!

Pro: The apartment is in a fantastic location with most of the main sites/ galleries within a 15 minute walk. It is out of the hustle and bustle of the main tourist areas, safe and has lovely restaurants and bars nearby. The apartment was spotless and very well equipped with lots of attention to detail. Communication was superb throughout the entire booking process and stay. Laura and Paolo were so incredibly kind and helpful after we fell victim to the cities pickpockets at the train station. They went above and beyond. The apartment is indeed a hidden gem, but so are Laura and Paolo!

The perfect home!

Pro: I've never met in my life with such hospitality, care and attention to detail like that of Laura and Paolo. Apart from the fact that the flat is perfect, modern, equipped with literally everything I needed, Laura and Paolo went above and beyond to help me with check in, with my suitcase, to make me feel home! Unlike with other flats, here I had everything! And they cleaned everything so well, like in an operating room. Wonderful, kind people, perfect location of the flat, perfect size, super silent but very central, loved it! Will come back for sure! Grazie mille!

Wonderful

Pro: I got lucky when someone cancelled and I got this flat for my stay in Florence. Laura and Paolo got in touch before arrival, met me at the door and showed me around. It is brand new, tastefully decorated and exceedingly well stocked. I loved the smell of jasmine wafting through the living room window and the complimentary bottle of an excellent Tuscan red. The location is great, in a nice quieter area with a bakery, restaurants and steps from everything. Laura and Paolo could not be kinder or more helpful. They let me store my bag after check out too.

Contro: The restaurants in the street outside get noisy at night if you like to sleep with windows open. Be careful not to trip on the steps in the middle of the flat.
