Everything was perfect

Pro: Hosts were lovely and welcoming. Apartment was perfect. Location was excellent, walking distance to everything.

Charming old world apartment on quieter side of Florence

Pro: The lovely host, Lucia, met us in front of the building, and showed us around the apartment. She also gave us some restaurant tips. The apartment is on the quieter side of Florence, but an easy walk to all attractions.

Contro: Unfortunately to access the one bathroom, you have to go through the downstairs bedroom so if there is someone sleeping in that room, it's a bit tricky..but manageable. My older friend who needs to get up during the night slept in the downstairs room with ensuite bathroom and I slept upstairs.

Its a charming little apartment with so much character!

Pro: I was travelling with someone who has mobility challenges so the review is based from their experience. We had no issues as such with the apartment, the doors and spaces are wide enough to fit a wheelchair. The host pointed out that the rugs could be slippery so we moved it out of the way. The location itself is very central and all key points are walkable. Overall we had a lovely stay!

Contro: Like all central apartments anywhere in Europe, they are typically small, there are steps inside the apartments and to access the apartments. In this case, there was a small elevator that just about fit the wheelchair and 1 other person. The shower cabin is one step higher than rest of the bathroom and the bathroom is a step higher than the bedroom. This is more for awareness for others rather than a negative point.

The host Lucia is great and ready to help with any question. For sure will get back to this apartment again!

Pro: The apartment is very cozy, warm and nice. Nice view on the street also. Very close to the main attractions, aprox 10 min walk.

Pro: Beautifully furnished with unique yet comfortable pieces in a great space. The bed was exceptional. It was so good to have washing facilities and be so close to great restaurants. Lucia was the most helpful host who responded instantly to all our requests.

Contro: The kitchen is very small but entirely functional.

Pro: Lucia is amazing host. She was very responsive. Even though we had some technical issues in appartment, she tried her best to solve it for us. Appartment was perfectly clean. Location of the appartment is ideal, everything is within walking distance. I do recommend to stay in one of her appartments.
