San Niccolò Apartment by Mamo Florence

Pro: Posizione favolosa, appartamento grazioso e confortevole, pulito con tutti i servizi.

Pro: Excellent location, everything is within walking distance. The building is old, and even though the apartment is modernly equipped, it has that medieval charm (I liked the door). The room and bedsheets were clean, and I really enjoyed the view from the window.

Contro: The check-in process was a bit complicated, and there was quite a bit of noise from nearby bars late at night, so earplugs might be useful. There were also some ants in the kitchen, so make sure not to leave food on the counter. The chairs could use some cleaning or covers. The apartment isn’t as bright as in the photos, but there are plenty of lamps, so it’s fine overall.

Pro: Great location, close to Ponte Vecchio and piazzale Michelangelo. Comfortable bed dhe sofa and quite clean.

Pro: The location was fantastic, a wonderful old building with lots of atmosphere. A lovely complementary bottle of wine

Contro: The fridge wasn't very good.

Pro: Espaçoso e confortável, decoração graciosa. Só precisa de almofadas no sofá da sala.

Pro: El departamento es muy lindo. Tiene una buena ubicación, a 10 minutos del Ponte Vecchio y tiene supermercados cerca, al igual que restaurantes. Las camas muy cómodas y con aire acondicionado en la habitación y sala de estar con sofá cama. Volvería a quedarme aquí.

Contro: La entrada del departamento es oscura y vieja, además huele feo, pero una vez dentro ya es más lindo. La ducha es bastante chica pero sigue estando bien.

Pro: Кондиционер работал хорошо; возможность готовить еду на газовой плите, хорошо работающий маленький холодильник, наличие всей нужной посуды и кухонной утвари для приготовления простых блюд. Подключены стриминговые платформы, если хочется отдохнуть от насыщенной культурной программы. Мощный фен, есть утюг, гладилка и раскладная сушилка. Большой шкаф для вещей.

Contro: В принципе все понравилось. Иногда в подъезде пахло канализацией, но в самих апартаментах никакого неприятного запаха не было. Вид подъезда не очень радует глаз, но соотношение цена качество соответствует.

Amazing apartment, would recommend and totally would return!

Pro: The apartment was amazing, having lived in Florence before I chose this apartment due to its fantastic location. Super close to all the notable sites but also in a less crowded, touristic neighbourhood across the river which I prefer. Beds were super comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly during the heat wave.

Contro: If we left anything on the kitchen counter ants would appear, very common in places I’ve stayed in Florence but you just have to make sure to put everything away/sealed.

Pro: No tengo nada que decir , todo estuvo muy bien, tranquilo, bien situado y muchos comercios cerca,súper

Contro: Nous avons eu du mal a trouver l'éclairage car il est indirect dans le salon et la chambre et l'appartement sentait leS égouts,les conduites refoules
