Pro: L'appartamento è molto carino e comodo ed esattamente come rappresentato nelle foto. Ottima pozione centrale. A un passo da ponte vecchio e dietro piazza della signoria.

Contro: Forse si potrebbe aggiungere nel bagno uno sgabello. E qualche strofinaccio in più per la cucina e una tovaglia.

Beautiful central property, great if you don’t mind a scary neighbour!

Pro: Beautiful property in the centre of Florence, location was excellent. Beds very comfortable.

Contro: The neighbour, she slammed the main door shut in our faces shouting its private property on arrival and was not happy that the apartment was let out at all. Stood watching as we all passed her apartment on the stairs one day, this was really creepy/uncomfortable and we were glad to only stay 2 nights.

Pro: Location, layout and decoration of apartment, refurbished, lovely mattresses, huge wardrobes, good quality duvet and towels

Contro: Almost nothing! A mirror οin the rooms or seating area , bigger quantity of shampoo and shower gel and extra bags for waste could be provided

Pro: The decor is very modern and comfortable, and the two queen beds are very comfortable. I love Alfred's apartment. The location is very good, within a 5-minute walk of the church and museum, and there are many restaurants nearby.

Beautiful and comfy property.

Pro: The location was near the main must see landmarks. The property is big with 2 rooms and all the amenities needed. It looks recently renovated.

Contro: The Dryer is not like in the US. In which the drying technology is using a Heat Pump which takes much longer time the drying process.

Appartement situé au cœur de Florence pour court séjour

Pro: La localisation est idéale : en plein cœur de Florence, à seulement deux minutes à pied des principaux centres d’intérêt. L’appartement est spacieux, avec deux chambres confortables et une petite salle de bain. Les chambres sont équipées de la climatisation, un vrai plus pour profiter pleinement du séjour.

Contro: Nous avons rencontré un membre du personnel lors de notre arrivée, mais ensuite nous n’avons plus eu de suivi. Malgré nos tentatives de contact (via Booking et WhatsApp) toute la journée du samedi pour réserver un taxi en vue de notre retour à l’aéroport le dimanche matin, nous n’avons jamais obtenu de réponse. Nous avons donc dû nous organiser par nos propres moyens. Par ailleurs, nous avons souhaité utiliser le sèche-linge, mais celui-ci ne fonctionnait pas correctement : il a fallu le relancer à plusieurs reprises avant d’abandonner.

Pro: Добрый день, чудесный отель! Очень красиво, все рядом,и Уфицци и Золотой мост , при этом тихо. Апарты современные, много шкафов. Есть кухня вся оборорудована. В феврале было тепло! Хозяева приветливые. Вернусь сюда! Для 4х человек ооочень удобно. Кровати королевские!
