Pro: Parabéns !!! Minha família amou !!! Localização perfeita , cama muito confortável, tudo muito limpo e higiênico .

I will definitely re-book when I return to Florence for work.

Pro: The apartment is spacious and well furnished, all new bathrooms and kitchen. The heat worked well, the TVs worked well, and the location is perfect for my needs and for anyone visiting Florence. The building was safe. I also appreciated the ease of access to the washing machine and dryer.

Contro: The main issue was with the security entrance to the building's front door. I often had to bother the help desk when the internet entry didn't work. I wish there was a code or a keypad entry rather than something that relies on the internet, especially late at night, when trying to get into the building and I am alone. When the internet button worked, it was great, and when it didn't, it was a bit scary and embarrassing to have to call the concierge. I also would have liked more pillows for the bed. I actually bought a few that I left in the apartment.

Great location!

Pro: Property was very centrally located, spacious and very clean. Would be great for families given all the space and access to a full kitchen. Also, having access to a washer and dryer during our stay was much appreciated. It is shared with the neighboring apartment, but we had no issues using it. Property is located in a busy area, but we didn’t have any issues with it being noisy at night, which was great

Pro: j'ai apprécié pouvoir joindre facilement le monsieur de l'assistance par téléphone pour pouvoir entrer dans l'appartement, le check-in et out se faisant par nous même sans personne présente

Contro: la surprise de la somme de la taxe de séjour qui était annoncée à 84 euros sur booking et qui finalement était à 126 euros et les fenêtres en double vitrage qui s'appliquent mal sur le montant (problème de réglage) ce qui fait que l'insonorisation pourrait être meilleure

Pro: The apartment was modern , clean and quite comfortable! The bedroom is spacious with a comfy chair, shelves and the perfect closet. Bathrooms are new and modern. Kitchen well stocked. Washer and dryer are conviently located in hall. Location is prime and walkable to everything yet quiet and pleasant for sleeping! The hosts are easy to reach, and I can't wait to return!!! This is on my favorites for accommodations in Florence! Grazie Mille !

Pro: 여기 숙소 진짜 좋습니다. 후기가 없고 새로 생긴듯 해서 고민하다 예약했는데 우선 방은 사진에 보이는 것보다 더 좋고 넓었던 느낌입니다. 미리 체크인 하는 링크 보내주시는데 그거로 미리 정보 입력하면 체크인도 그냥 자동으로 다 됩니다. 깨끗하고 넓고 주방 이용도 너무 편했고 완전 중심지에 있어요. 피렌체에서 정말 강추 숙소 입니다.

Contro: 주방의 식탁이 너무 높아서 아이들이 앉기는 불편했어요.
