Good spot to be based for a few days to explore Florence and the apartment was spacious and well fitted out

Pro: Fantastic location, good space, very clean, lift in the building

Contro: The showers were small and the door to the second bathroom didn’t close properly.

Would thoroughly recommend to stay at this property.

Great place to stay with family

Pro: The host is exceptional. He supports us at every step of the way. The location of the place is perfect, within city center that you can walk everywhere. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The property is rather old but very clean

Contro: The bed is not so comfortable, rather old mattress. The curtains cannot block the light really well.

Great location, spacious & would stay again.

Pro: The location was great, right next to Palazzo Vecchio & 2 minutes from the Ponte Vecchio, central to everything. It was very spacious & perfect for 4 adults, it would comfortably cater for 6-8 people.

Fabulous location

Pro: Location was fabulous. Right next to main square and walking distance to everything. Loads of restaurants, gelaterias, shops right outside front door. Lovely well equipped kitchen and dining/sitting room. 4 bedrooms/2 bathrooms, small washing machine, wifi good. Fabulous bonus...small lift so no lugging luggage up 3 flights of stairs!!

Contro: I liked everything, but there are a few minor things that may bother others. Being on a major pedestrian/ minor traffic thoroughfare there is street noise even with windows closed... to us that was just part of being close to everything, so not a negative. Rooms are quite light, so if you need a dark room to sleep, you may need an eye mask. Water pressure in showers is very low, but it is a very old building. Pillows were very hard and flat...probably time for them to be replaced. The one thing I think could be improved is having a set of keys per bedroom. We were 4 couples with 3 sets of keys, often doing our own thing, so 2 couples needed to stay together or arrange meet up time to get back into apartment.

Perfect location and Florentine charm!

Pro: This apartment's location was incredible! The view from the window into the plaza below is amazing. Restaurants and shopping all around were perfect for our group. We had ample space to be together but also spread out. The host were kind and helpful.

Contro: The apartment is older and therefore the bathrooms are smaller and more primitive than western accommodations, however everything else made up for that. We were happy to be able to wash clothes as we were on a extended trip.

Pro: Ubicación inmejorable, buena atención, piso muy amplio, equipado con todo lo necesario, totalmente recomendable

Un lugar muy acogedor con vista espectacular y en el centro de Florencia

Pro: La cercanía a principales lugares turísticos, Dpto espacioso y contaba con todos los utensilios de cocina y aseo El dueño atento en recibirnos a lo hora q quisiéramos

A great place to stay in Florence with a group of family or friends.

Pro: Close to many places to visit and eat at during your stay in Florence. Excellent facilities for sleeping, eating, and hanging out. Air conditioning, elevator, and bathrooms were in great working order.

Contro: No complaints.
