The toplocation and comfort are an upgrade to your visit to Firenze. So is the lift.

Pro: Marcella received us two hours earlier with much enthousiasm. The appartment was in the heart of the old centre of Florence so we could walk to all our sights. Everything was spic and span.

Contro: When we booked the appartment the text suggested that there were two bathrooms. A second toilet would have been nice, but there was only one bathroom and toilet we had to share. This was disappointing.

The perfect apartment in Florence.

Pro: The location was amazing. The apartment was very spacious and well appointed. Marcella was delightful. She met us at our transportation and ushered us to the apartment…how gracious!

It was a very nice apartment that we will book again.

Pro: The location was perfect. The rooms are larger than pictured with high ceilings, and large windows. There was a laundry washing machine in the bathroom that we used daily. A/C worked great. The owner was very helpful and great to work with. Last but not least the property does have an elevator only up one flight of stairs.

Contro: The only thing we would have liked was a few more bath towels, since we stayed for 5 nights. I am sure if we had asked for more the owner would have provided them.
