Great location in a beautiful city.

Pro: Location was magnificent - right on Piazza Signoria and 5 mins walk from Uffizi and Ponte Vecchio. A little noisy, but worth it for the location.

Contro: A little noisy and it took time to get a response from the management team.

Pro: Location was amazing, beds were comfortable and apartment was clean.

Molt bé

Pro: L'apartament és molt bonic i còmode. Tots els espais són amples i els llits confortables. Situació immillorable just al costat de la Piazza della Signoria. Pots visitar el més turístic de Florència a peu. És un segon pis amb ascensor. Pels celíacs: les millor pizzes sense gluten que vam menjar són les de Misterpizza. Important!! Si llogues un cotxe per visitar els voltants de Florència has de tenir en compte que al centre només hi poden accedir cotxes autoritzats. I fora d'aquesta àrea hi ha molt aparcament reservat per residents. Informa't bé d'on pots aparcar.

Contro: Hi ha molt soroll a l'exterior. Turistes, venedors, obres en un edifici proper...Si et molesta el soroll per dormir necessitaràs taps per les orelles.

Contro: The ZTL is a nightmare, stressful, not easy for tourist. We parked the car far away from the apartment, having to travel by bus/tram/bus every time we used the car and avoiding the million cameras and ZTL restrictions. The proposed garages close to the apartment are too expensive between EURO 35-42 per day plus what you have to pay for ZTL per day.

Pro: The space is big, very clean. It was two bathrooms and bedrooms with AC in a perfect location. I would come back and stay here.

Excelente ubicación

Pro: Sobre todo la ubicación es excelente, bajas del departamento y tenes literal todo, el departamento muy cómodo y muy lindo. Volvería sin dudas, inmejorable la ubicación. El chico que nos recibió muy amable, estuvimos 5 días y fue todo genial, desde el departamento llegas camináis a todos lados. Y a 100 mts las mejores tiendas de ropa

Pro: Excelente apartamento. Muy cómodo, bien equipado, baños amplios y buenas duchas. Tiene todo para una estadía de varios días. Perfecto check in. Inmejorable ubicación. 10 puntos en todo.

Contro: Absolutamente nada.

La Piazza dei Signoria is calling you!

Pro: Location was exceptional, the beds were very comfortable, and there was enough storage for our clothes and luggage. The elevator was welcome. The kitchen was adequate.

Contro: The kitchen needed some newer pots and pans. For example, the sauté pan’s handle was loose and ultimately fell off. I didn’t want to bother our contact but the pan needs replacing. Could have been dangerous. The other items were adequate for our breakfasts and dinners.

Lovely, clean, safe stay!

Pro: Convenience. Host was alway responsive Location was ideal. Central to everything.

Contro: Would be ideal to have expanded step by step washing machine and AC Instructions. We figured it out in the end but this would be a nice to have.
