Pro: Modern, really well-equipped apartment renovated with excellent style. It has spacious spaces, the whole family could comfortably fit in it. It was ideal for our families. In fact, it is more beautiful than in the pictures. Claudia was our host, she was kind and helpful in everything.

Little gem in the heart of Florence

Pro: Best stay in Florence! The apartment itself was absolutely beautiful, newly refurbished and spacious. The little balcony with views over the rooftops and hills in the distance was fabulous. The host Claudia couldn’t be more kind and helpful, we felt extremely welcome. Also, the location is prefect for exploring. Would 100% recommend!

Amazing stay in the heart of Florence

Pro: Spacious, clean, modern and fully equiped true two bedroom apartment in the heart of Florence. Claudia was an amazing host, greeting us for check-in and sharing great recommendations of where to visit and eat in Florence. 10/10 and will definitely be staying again next time visiting Florence.

Pro: Emplacement au top : 50 m de la piazza della signoria 2 chambres superbes . Très belle salle de bain.

Contro: Concert au bas de l'immeuble tous les soirs jusqu'à 23h. 100 marches pour accéder au logement. Pas de grille pain.

Maravilloso y amplio apartamento en el mejor lugar de Florencia.

Pro: Maravilloso. Recientemente renovado, de buena calidad y tamaño. Todas las comodidades y más. La ubicación increíble. No nos queríamos ir. Volveríamos una y mil veces. Es 4to piso por escalera, lo cual es normal en Florencia. Cuando llegás se te olvida todo!

Pro: Просторная, теплая и светлая квартира в самом центре Флоренции. Две спальни с отдельными санузлами - было очень удобно ., т.к. мы путешествовали двумя семьями . Claudia была очень внимательна, прислала много информации для нашего комфортного заселения и отдыха в этом прекрасном городе. Квартира на 4 этаже без лифта, но для нас это не было проблемой.

Beautiful apartment felt like a home and great vibes.

Pro: The apartment is spacious,clean and quiet. Having two laundry machines was a plus. The hostess was excellent and helpful. My train kept getting delayed so she stayed in contact until she found someone for my bags.

Contro: The stairs to the top are challenging. If you have any breathing issues or physical impairment, it will be impossible to stay at the property.

דירה נפלאה!!! אחזור בשמחה. רק שימו לב, מי שיש לו בעיה עם מדרגות, יש הרבה מדרגות לטפס אבל זה שווה את המאמץ!

Pro: דירה במקום הכי מרכזי של העיר. יפה, נעימה, מאד מרווחת, מוארת, מאובזרת. מיטות נוחות, מקלחת מהמממת. בגלל שיש הרבה מדרגות לדיר , בעלת הבית ארגנה לנו בחור שחיכה לנו בפתח הבניין והעלה את המזוודות לדירה וגם הוריד כשעזבנו. הכל תקתק! היה נעים לתקשר עם בעלת הבית. מח״כ. להזדמנות הראשונה לחזור.

Contro: לא אהבנו לעזוב… הייתי נשארת בשמחה!

Großartige Unterkunft und herzliche Besitzerin!

Pro: Die Lage der Wohnung ist großartig und verfügt über einen traumhaften Rundblick von Florenz.

Contro: Eigentlich gibt es nichts auszusetzen: natürlich gibt’s den Ausblick nicht ohne Anstieg - 105 Stufen- die sich jedoch lohnen!

Pro: المكان ممتاز ومجدد بالكامل وواسع ونظيف جدا جدا وآمن. قريب من السنتر وجميع الاماكن السياحية وايضا اقل من 20 د سيرا على الاقدام من محطة القطار. تعامل المضيف كان رائع وسلس جدا وكان استباقي وسريع الرد. اكرر الزيارة وانصح فيه وبقوة
