Del Giglio's Luxury apartment in Piazza della Signoria

Pro: Posizione centralissima, appartamento spazioso e ben arredato .stanze da letto perfette .bagni puliti.

Contro: Piumone non molto pulito Assenza di ascensore

Appartamento molto grande, bello e centrale, migliorabile in alcuni aspetti.

Pro: Appartamento molto grande, camere belle, grandissime e confortevoli, ben strutturato ed arredato con perfetto equilibrio tra moderno e classico. Situato in un bel palazzo del centro, e in posizione super centrale, proprio dietro l'angolo della piazza vicina al museo degli Uffizi e alla via principale che porta alla chiesa principale di Santa Maria del Fiore. Bagni moderni e grandi. Televisione grande nella zona soggiorno. Al quarto piano quindi anche con le finestre aperte i rumori del centro città sono limitati. Gestore quasi sempre contattabile.

Contro: Trovato alcune disattenzione in quanto a pulizia. Inoltre le sedie e poltrone del soggiorno essendo in vellutino sono molto macchiate e non danno una buona impressione, peccato perchè il soggiorno sarebbe bellissimo. Idem il tavolo, con una copertura in plastica lo rende poco confortevole. Il coprivano dovrebbe essere più pulito. La pressione dell'acqua di sera è molto bassa, c'è l'avviso sul foglio delle istruzioni che è per non disturbare nella sera ma alle 22:00 lo trovo un orario troppo presto per questo motivo.

Pro: L’appartamento è veramente molto bello, pulitissimo e super curato in ogni minimo dettaglio…È dotato di tutti i comfort e tutti gli ambienti sono molto spaziosi ed accoglienti! La posizione è centralissima e molto comoda. È davvero bellissimo! Davide è stato gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Top!

Contro: L’unica “pecca” è la mancanza dell’ascensore, ma l’appartamento è veramente il top in tutto, quindi la “fatica” dovuta alle scale viene ripagata totalmente: ne vale assolutamente la pena!

3 giorni fantastici

Pro: Posizione ottima, appartamento centralissimo grande, pulito e accogliente con camere spaziose e munite di ogni comfort.

Contro: Unica pecca il palazzo non è munito di ascensore quindi ogni volta sono più o meno 100 gradini da fare

Pro: Appartamento molto bello e spazioso con tutti i confort.

Contro: Ha solo un piccolo problema è all ultimo piano senza ascensore, ma ne vale la pena.

Great apartment really spacious

Pro: Super spacious great location. Really clean has everything you need.

Contro: Nothing.

Pro: We were there as a family of 5 adults. Everything was great and location was excellent.

Contro: The only thing we didn't like was 9 flights of stairs.

Pro: The apartment was perfect for our family of six adults and two children ages 4 and 2 despite having to climb 100 steps. Three bedrooms and bathrooms provided lots of space. The apartment was well stocked. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms a nice size.

Contro: My daughter and husband and two children arrived around noon, having travelled for 35 hours to meet us there. I had asked to check in early for that reason but was told by the host that the apartment would not be ready until 3pm. I requested for him to let me know if it was ready prior to that. After hearing nothing from him, we waited until 3 to check in. We were shocked to find the apartment had not been cleaned at all. After contacting the host, he too, was surprised. He said he would find out what happened and get back to me. (Had the host followed up with the cleaners regarding an earlier check in, it may have been brought to his attention earlier that the cleaners had not been at the apartment at all). In the meantime, we could not shower, unpack, etc. An hour or two later the cleaners still had not arrived and we decided to go get something to eat. As we were leaving, we noticed three or four people entering the building with cleaning supplies, towels, etc.). We returned around 6 and the cleaners had gone as the floor was still wet in places. My daughter had left a new toiletry bag on the kitchen counter after brushing her teeth with new toothbrushes, face cream, etc for her family . She forgot to put it back in her luggage and when we returned from dinner, she noticed it was missing. We contacted the host who said he would contact the cleaners but they reported not seeing it. The host apologized and stated nothing like that had happened before and he would refund us for our inconvenience. After several follow up messages to the host over the next few weeks and ultimately, a message to Booking.com regarding the refund, we received a 10% refund.
