Ilaria si è sempre mostrata disponibile e premurosa ad ogni nostra richiesta. Ottima posizione per spostarsi sia a piedi che in mezzi pubblici a pochi passi da centro storico

Pro: Ilaria was an exceptional host. She answered my thousands of questions with such local knowledge. The apartment was emaculate and met all of our needs including the need to do a load of washing. We will definitely stay there again

A good value for money

Pro: The location was near perfect and host was friendly. The apartment itself was tidy and neat. There was also airconditioning in every room which made our stay in florence during the summer heat very comfortable.

Contro: There were some inconveniences like the bathroom door lock didn’t work and one of the power outlets in the kitchen was attached to the wall loosely. Overall these inconvenieces were very small and didn’t bother our trip that much.

Perfect location, wonderful hosts who truly care, and great food choices right outside the door.

Pro: The apartment was cosy, quiet, and full of charm — a perfect place to relax after exploring Florence. It’s located in a vibrant neighbourhood with so many great options for food and just a 15-minute walk from both the station and Ponte Vecchio. I knew I was going to have a great time in Florence because my very first interaction with Ilaria was brilliant. She was kind, welcoming, and genuinely caring — her instructions were so clear that even arriving late at night was completely stress-free. I’ve stayed in many places, but this is the first time I’ve felt hosts cared this much. Highly recommended.

Pro: The location was very close and very easy to get to places. Very clean and as we traveled in winter, the apartment was very warm and so comfortable. The bathroom and kitchen was modern and the lounge room was of Italian charm
