Buona soluzione per un breve soggiorno
Pro: Struttura nuova, grande, dotata di molti comfort (lavastoviglie, aria condizionata, smart tv). Posizione comoda.
Contro: Molto umida, buia, cattivo odore sul terrazzino. La lavatrice non funziona, la mensola del bagno si stacca, nessuna indicazione su come buttare la spazzatura. Difficoltà a volte di comunicare con i proprietari. Pulizia non ottimale.

Nice and quiet place in a walkable distance from the historical centre
Pro: The apartment is well furnished, almost everything feels very new (apart from the washing machine), the rooms are spacious and the beds comfortable. The building is located in a peaceful neighbourhood, just a few minutes' walk to a small train station, couple of bus stops and two T1 tram stops. It takes about 25-30 minutes to walk to the city centre, or a short walk and a 5-minute ride on the tram gets you to the Santa Maria Novella train station which helped us make a quick one day trip to Bologna. The AC works fine, but at the end of September when we visited, just opening the window was sufficient. The host from the rental agency greeted us upon the arrival, showed the apartment and handed over the keys. The check-out was even easier. We really enjoyed the stay. Thank you!
Contro: There are some small things that fall apart (e.g. bathroom shelf falls off, old washing machine technically works but is not really functioning properly - don't use it) and the apartment is dark since it's in a basement (as in the description). People with disabilities should consider this because there is a dozen steps through a narrow corridor to get to the door. However, the location in the building might not be a problem (and wasn't for most of us) since it should make the apartment slightly cooler in the warmer months.

Pro: 国が違うので使い方が不明なものが多かったけど、生活できる設備は全てそろっており、困ることはありませんでした。 とても綺麗な部屋であり、静かで落ち着けます。
Contro: カーテンレールが落ちてきました、連絡した当日には修理してくれました。 ゴミ捨ての説明が必要だと思います。

Buena ubicación, aunque es un sótano
Pro: Las camas son muy cómodas y tiene 2 baños con ducha modernos y nuevos., La ubicación es buena..
Contro: La vivienda está hecha en un sótano, aunque sí que tiene ventanas al exterior en todas las estancias. Poco menaje de cocina (copas o tazas), para 6 personas y no había tostador ni productos de limpieza para la casa,. Aún así, la vivienda está bien, y estaba limpia.

Hospedaje Florencia
Pro: El tamaño del apartamento y las habitaciones son bastante amplias, se aprecia que cuente con 2 baños con duchas. La cocina muy bien equipada por si gustan cocinar. En términos generales un muy buen hospedaje en Florencia.
Contro: Un poco retirado de la Basílica y el centro turístico de la ciudad, igualmente se encuentran rutas de buses que pasan por estás zonas. Dos habitaciones tenían un poco de humedad en las paredes, y el olor era un poco notorio, por lo que nos toco dormir con las puertas de las habitaciones abiertas para que no se concentrarse ese olor.

Contro: Es befindet sich kein Namensschild an der Eingangstür! Das Schlüsselsystem! Für meine Begriffe etwas zu kompliziert!

Best two days in Florence, Italy.
Pro: I recently had the pleasure of staying at the the Giardino della Fortezza Modern Apartment x6 with a Patio in Florence, Italy. From the moment we arrived, our gracious host welcomed us and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The check-in process was seamless, and we were provided with a detailed guide to the local area. The accommodation was stunning—immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. What truly stood out was the host's attention to detail and dedication to guest satisfaction. They checked in with us during our stay to ensure everything was going smoothly. Overall, the Giardino della Fortezza Modern Apartment x6 with a Patio in Florence exceeded our expectations. The combination of a welcoming host, beautiful accommodations, and a superb location made our trip to Italy unforgettable. I can't wait to return and will definitely recommend this gem to friends and family!
