Pro: Posizione comodissima raggiungibile facilmente a piedi dalla stazione, fermata del tram a pochi metri, stanza spaziosa per 2 persone, bagno ampio con bidet, cucinino funzionale. Un ottimo punto d'appoggio per un soggiorno di lavoro o di piacere.

Posizione comoda e camera accogliente

Pro: Accogliente e c’era tutto il necessario per qualche giorno a Firenze. Posizione molto comoda, 15 minuti a piedi e sei ovunque!

Excellent for a short stay!

Pro: The host was waiting for us, and was very kind giving us details how to reach the place beforehand. Location of the place is good, guiet neighborhood.

Contro: Unfortunately, the entire apartment was/is reeking of cigarette smoke and smelled like an ashtray. The kitchen also lacks items like a normal chopping board or undamaged frying/cooking pans… but this is a common problem in rented apartments. Unfortunately.

Pro: Location, the owner was very friendly and helped us with the location of shops and other useful things in our area

Contro: We do not like the fact that we cannot take the garbage away, it was a bit cold in the flat therefore we cannot dry the clothes

Pro: The Location is great to reach the City Centre by foot. Or with the tram, its just 3 stations from the city center. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and the A/C was nice to have also.

Pro: Met at agreed time Clean . Tea and coffee provided Host flexible that we could pay city tax later

Contro: A microwave & kettle would have been good , apart from that the kitchen was good Disposing of garbage was unusual City tax had to be paid in cash

Fantastic place with great location

Pro: Very comfortable bed, kitchen well equipped, good size bathroom and great location close to city centre

Contro: One small improvement could be made with full size mirror and internet was little temperamental. In no way did this impacted on the quality of our experience and I would return and recommend to others

A great place, good value, with all the comforts

Pro: The room is in a fabulous location, with a piazza not too far away. It's within walking distance to the city centre. The studio has all the things you need - fridge, cooker. And even a moka coffee maker!
