Pro: Appartamento spazioso, con veduta sulle corti interne. Cucina ben fornita di tutto. A disposizione alimenti di base come caffè, olio, zucchero. Host gentilissimi.

Contro: Per me tutto bene. Non è accessibile alle persone disabili.

Pro: - perfect location (close to the old city center, but quiet enough, and there are a lot of shops, cafes, and restaurants) - it was warm, but not very hot - good automation - owners provided a lot of information and were extremely supportive - the apartment is perfectly equipped with all the necessary things

Great location

Pro: Piccolo Iris Firenze is a great location to explore the city of Florence. The apartment is clean, tidy and well appointed. It has everything the visitor needs. It is within easy walking distance of the main train station and the famous historic sites of the city. It is situation in a great neighbourhood with a good choice of bars and restaurants. Local shops to get necessities too.The host was very easy to communicate with and provided us with a lot of useful information on the city and the local area. This was much appreciated. Had lots of contact with host before and during the stay. This was very reassuring.

Contro: The only slight issue was the 3 flights of stairs that had to be climbed to reach the apartment

Pro: The location is excellent to explore the city with plenty of good restaurants in the area. Decently equipped to spend a week in comfort.

Contro: Not much to criticise.

Great location near the Arno, comfortable accomodation for 3 people.

Pro: Plenty of space for 3 people to sleep comfortably. Good cooking facilities meant we could make a nice hot breakfast every day. Piccolo Iris was in a great location for exploring the city, where we were able to walk to all the major attractions in Florence.

Pro: A spacious comfortable apartment well located. Great communication from owner. Had a washing machine which was great for us as we had a lot of washing to do after 3 week travelling. There was a spare room for our suit cases. Every appliance we may have needed was there..even an iron. It had a lively home away from home feel about it.

Contro: The stairs to the apartment on 3rd floor are a challenge with suitcases and the stairs are quite dark in places.

Pro: Location was fantastic. Great views from the property. Clean and easy to access. Great communication from host.

Contro: The lamp in the living room didn’t work
