Pro: Appartamento con rifiniture superiori, fantastico il riscaldamento a terra (ho soggiornato in inverno e si stava benissimo), ben insonorizzato e isolato termicamente. Tutto nuovo, elegante, molto gradevole stare a casa. La signora Isabella è sempre disponibile per qualsiasi dubbio. Ho dimenticato dentro la chiave ed è venuta ad aprirmi. Posizione comoda per fare tutto a piedi. A 12 minuti a piedi da santa Maria novella stazione e a 18 minuti a piedi dagli uffizi.
Contro: Un po' caro anche perché non c'è differenza se lo affitti da solo o in due, ma questa è una regola di molti. Sarebbe bella un piccola riduzione se uno è da solo. Forse metterei qualche cosa in più in cucina come un colino piccolo da the, una teiera e delle forbici da cucina. Ma sono davvero piccolissimi dettagli perché il mio voto è comunque 10.

Molto bello ma può essere migliorato
Pro: L'appartamento è indubbiamente molto bello ed elegante, si trova in un bel quartiere centrale ma tranquillo. Il palazzo è stato ristrutturato, con un tocco di design e originalità veramente gradevole.
Contro: Maggiori informazioni sul fatto che si trova in ZTL e, quindi, non è possibile scaricare i bagagli sotto casa se si è venuti in macchina. Avrei inserito anche delle cose in più, come qualche capsula di caffè in più, del sapone liquido per le mani. Anche le stoviglie sono poche, considerando quanto è piccola la lavastoviglie, ne avrei messe di più per evitare di dover attendere la fine del ciclo dei lavaggi.

A great spot in the Oltrarno
Pro: This is the second time I’ve booked this apartment for visiting relatives. It’s clean, modern, and well decorated. Great location. And it has an elevator!

Assolutamente Perfetto!
Pro: Hosts absolutely lovely - we arrived late and they were waiting for us. And the property is outstanding, made our Florence trip very memorable, Grazie Mille!
Contro: Nothing. Location superb, property so clean, had all the necessities, for a family of four was perfect.

Great apartment with welcoming host. A wonderful place to stay when exploring Florence.
Pro: Isabella was a delight. She speaks little English but is warm and welcoming. The apartment is in a desirable area with plenty of local shops and restaurants. The apartment is clean and decorated tastefully. Even the entrance and lift are immaculate and of high standard. Short enjoyable walk to city centre and many local buses. We visited Rome during our stay which was easy by train.
Contro: The floor was at time wet which I can only assume is related to humidity, temperature and air conditioning. It wasn’t easy to segregate rubbish for recycling and refuse collection with a small bin. These were minor things and I would 100% stay here again.

Pro: This apartment is absolutely beautiful. It's really clean and well equipped and has everything you need for a comfortable stay in Florence. The kitchen is well equipped, and the washing machine was a godsend for us. It's really centrally located and only a short walk to the centre and Isabella was so accommodating during our stay.
Contro: We found the apartment a little hot at night if we closed the bedroom doors (which we wanted to do as we were staying with family). Everything else was fabulous.
