Domus San Frediano - Double Suite con Jacuzzi by Hôtea

Pro: La struttura era perfettamente accogliente, facilmente raggiungibile a piedi e molto tranquilla da soggiornarci. Non vedo l’ora di ritornarci😍

Un piccolo televisore anche nelle stanze e sarebbe perfetto

Pro: La disponibilità dell'host. Perfetta. Posizione molto centrale. La presenza di due camere e due bagni privati. Struttura nuova. La proprietaria ha anche un ristorante in centro che non sono riuscito a provare sarà sicuramente per la prossima volta.

Contro: Difficoltà di accesso per le scale veramente ripide..... ma capisco che in centro storico può capitare E non è facile da risolvere. C'è un bel televisore Smart TV nella parte Living Se ci fossero anche due piccoli televisori nelle camere sarebbe perfetto.

Pro: Appartamento per due coppie di amici perfetto, due camere,due bagni, angolo cottura. L’unica pecca se posso dire… le scale per arrivare nell’appartamento che si trova al secondo piano sono un po’ pericolose,per il resto, esperienza positiva. Ottimo rapporto qualità/ prezzo. Consiglio.

Contro: L’immobile si trova al civico 38 ma non ero a conoscenza del fatto che c’era il 38 di colore rosso e il 38 colore blu, quindi non riuscivamo a capire dove fosse di preciso. Poi, contattando la struttura ci è stato precisato che si trovava al civico 38 colore BLU. Niente di importante però probabilmente doveva essere specificato.

Bell'appartamento

Pro: Appartamento molto carino, nuovo, pulito. Posizione ottima per visitare e comodo per la stazione.

Contro: Curerei maggiormente le scale e l' l'ingresso. Farei trovare qualche capsula per il caffè visto che c'e' la macchinetta.

A great stay in an ideally located apartment

Pro: Domus San Frediano is brilliantly located for anyone spending a couple of days in Firenze. Located in a less touristy part of the city, it's still only a 15 minute walk from the central train station and many of the main cultural sights (including the Uffizi Gallery). It's all only a 2 minute walk to a very good pizzeria (Fermento 1889) and a well regarded traditional trattoria (Antico Ristoro di' Cambi ). The apartment is clean and tidy, and has all the facilities you need for a short break - including a fridge/freezer, kettle etc. There's definitely enough space for two couples or a family of four, and having two separate bathroom facilities is a huge bonus Instructions for getting into the building/apartment were clear and easy to follow and having the option to pay the required city tax online is appreciated. I'd very happily stay here again.

Contro: It's worth knowing that one bedroom faces onto the Borgo San Frediano street and can therefore be slightly noisier than the other/lets a little more light into the room. (But this wasn't an issue for us when staying over a weekend period.)

Pro: The location and the space are geat. Simple and alve all the necessary.

Contro: The internet isn't great on the last room.

Pro: A nice apartment for traveling to Florence. Not far from the train station for traveling to the sea. The historic part of the city is within walking distance.

Contro: The beds were a little uncomfortable. We felt tired and our backs hurt; the beds were too soft for us.

Pro: A good accommodation option in Florence for a group of up to 4 people. The main attractions are within walking distance, and there are many restaurants nearby.

Contro: The mattresses on the beds were not very comfortable, my back hurt a little, and I didn't get enough sleep.

I think this apartment is ideal for comfortable exploration of Florence.

Pro: Great location, extremely welcoming and very comfortable.

Contro: Nothing.
